This place is so unprofessional we went in told them we needed PERC cards we had to wait an hour for fingerprints that cost 60 dollars didn't get a picture. Then when we called back and talked to a manager she was rude and hung up on us. I would never recommend this place to any one just bite the bullet and drive downtown Chicago.

I hate to leave negative reviews. I really do. But I am making an exception in this case. My sister went missing 9 years ago. I provided Tony Q with a prior investigation 2014 report. He replied that this would be a "time consuming' search and requested $25,000 as a retainer, to be paid, before the investigation would even commence. I was shocked by the amount, yet I considered paying it because I was so desperate to find her. Here's the best part. Using the exact same information I sent to Tony Q, I found my missing sister within approximately 5 minutes using Facebook. Without any help from a private investigator or handing over 25k. I can't be angry at them for trying to make a living but for goodness sake. If he'd taken the time to do what I did (and all I did was some very basic googling) he would have found what I did in probably less time. So despite my hesitancy to leave negative reviews I am making one for the first time. If Tony Q wants to contact me to remove it I am happy to discuss it with him. Thanks for reading. I hope you have better experiences with this firm than I did.

I recently attended a 20 hour (2 day) state training course given by Tony Quintana on site at On Q's training facility. Tony Quintana has has many years of law enforcement and private investigation and security experience. He demonstrated the utmost integrity, ethics and character. The course material was well planned, organized, and delivery was clear and direct. There was never an question that wasn't welcome. Tony, when asked, was kind enough give direction and advice on other topics after the class. On Q and their 25 person staff is working toward and well on their way to becoming the top training center for private law enforcement, security and investigations professionals in the Midwest. Tony Q also has talent for finding information on and locating persons. I would highly recommend On Q and Tony Quintana for any need for investigations, process service, executive protection or training and certification needs you may have. I will definitely utilizing them and Tony's knowledge in the future. Tony's know how, high integrity, ethics, can do attitude and his ability to get the job done is what is exactly needed in this business.

Regarding the PERC card: Don't listen to the review stars he has. The owner and instructor will ask everyone to leave a review for his service, but he will set the review at 5 stars himself on your phone then ask you to type a nice message. He charges an additional amount before the classes start and ask you to get the money at near by ATM's. I don't remember the exact amount as I took his classes a while ago and only recently found out he overcharges for his services by A LOT. The total amount comes at $120 for the signup, $55 for the PERC registration fee, and the additional hidden amount. That amount is pretty big guys. Like I said, I don't remember it because I thought it was business norms, but I definitely remember being shocked by the amount he asked. I have nothing bad to say about the owner, but his practices for his PERC card registration are definitely sketchy. I would highly highly recommend going elsewhere for your certification. I can't speak for his other services, but given his practices with the PERC, I would definitely do more research before I believe they're any better.

Small little classroom. If you paid online be prepared to be smacked in the face with an extra $100-$300 in fees out of nowhere without warning. You basically sit through a bunch of videos and you study a packet with questions that will be on a test. Everyone grades different people's test and he goes over answers quickly. When I asked him to slow down he became angry. It's been several months now and still no PERC card. I called today to have a status update and a lady answered and said she'll call me back. Guess what? Never received a call back. Those other reviews must be fake. Scam? Maybe. Sketchy? Definitely. Use this place as a last resort in my opinion.
