They stop doing services at 3:30 but claim they close at 4 pm. Please correct your hours. Im changing my rating to 2 stars because i finally got the service today and it went great.

This company is more interested in hearsay than finding out facts. I would have worked with them but I was hung up on by the detective. He wanted to know "what gave me suspicions". I answered as best as I could. These are just suspicions

Suite was easy to find. Plenty of parking in the lot. I was there to get my fingerprints done for the state of Illinois. The price was reasonable and competitive. Staff was very professional and friendly. Office suite was clean also. (just fyi the owner's last name is WEBB so that other review might not be a "real" review)
