Edit: This guy is bad, not good, I was used by him for a 75 dollar loan, served someone with him and went to small claims court, only to find out after a default judgment was had because the defendant never showed up, a year later and 600 dollars in court fees, I learn to that this guy couldn't have been served the guy was in jail so he couldn't have been served. The guy faked serving the guy. This guy is EVIIILLLLLL!!!!!!!!

I had to have someone served and had called four other local process servers (some twice) and still not ONE phone call was returned. Called MS Recoveries and on the second ring there was another human being actually answering! Matt was pleasant, knowledgeable and very accommodating. His employee was able to get a hold of the person being served, the FIRST time, and within an hour or two of my visit. A stellar guy and service I will definitely refer and use again.

I was very disappointed with the services I requested of this company. I tried to get someone served for small claims court for my company. I provided all the information on the morning of the 11th. Then I reached out to them on the 15th to see if the service had been completed with no response. Finally I spoke to Matthew after emailing and calling to cancel my request that had not been completed. He assured me that he would "have something for me today." I still have not been contacted by MS Recoveries regarding the service on if it was completed or not. We are beyond the service date so I have extended and will be using a different company to provide service. My biggest complaint is there was absolutely no communication from the company to me about what was happening. I did not have an invoice nor have I paid the company for anything.

Outstanding pricing along with the quickest service you will get no where else. We asked for help for recovering a vehicle and paying the little bit more for them to get started the same day was the best plan. great group of people working here. they keep you informed every step of the way with their investigation. I believe in average being 3 stars and 5 being flawless. Though they do a great job for me, and were above the norm expected from a private investigative agency, I feel that they could have worked with me more on the pricing. You do get what you pay for with these folks however, and their investigation was top notch when it came down to it. the only reason I am not giving a five star rating is because at one point I believe they may have been made by the person being followed. Can't be certain for sure but I was notified the person thought they were being followed. Either way great job on getting what was needed and helping the way you did. I will be referring you all to friends of mine.
