Had no problems at all! Dropped my broken phone off to their office and was told exactly what to expect. It took less than a week for me to get my data back and they called me at every part to keep me up to date with everything they were doing to get my data back. I was also told that if I I wasn't happy with the quote and wanted my phone returned to me I could at no extra cost. Although I was perfectly happy to pay what they asked.
