After 3 months of investigation and 5200 dollars, Nationwide Detectives sat in parking lot and snapped a few pictures which amounted to a worthless report. When i say worthless, it was not even worth mentioning in court. My lawyer proved what he accumulated in 3 months in fifteen minutes of searching facebook. The bottom line with this company and mainly the head of it Mr. Huffsetter, is that with my limited resources i proved enough against the defendant in my case to win the case. Nationwide gave me a report that consisted of garbage. literally it was a picture of the defendants garbage and a couple pics of her entering and leaving a place of business she wasnt supposed to. This company could not or would not make my case priority because i had ten times as much proof and evidence on her than they had gathered in 3 whole months. In addition, after asking for a partial refund, being ignored and filing a complaint with the BBB, Mr. Huffsitter blatently lied and claimed i did not pay him which i have proof i did. He also blatently admitted to having biased opinions in my particular case against my case to the BBB. This company either shoved my case to the side and did not care or are just plain professionally incompetent. Either way this was by far the worst waste of money in my life and this company is a joke. Word to the wise; definitely do your research before going with a PI service and definitely disregard Nationwide Detectives when shopping for one. CASE IN POINT - BIASED AND CONFLICT OF INTEREST- FUNNY I STILL HAVE CUSTODY OF MY DAUGHTER 4 YEARS LATER AND IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR PATHETIC REPORT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DOING WHAT PEOPLE PAY YOU FOR, I MEAN LETS NOT GET PERSONAL, LETS KEEP IT PROFESSIONAL I PAY YOU FOR A SERVICE YOU DONT PROVIDE AND THEN YOU JUDGE ME? WHO WERE YOU INVESTIGATING? NATIONWIDE DETECTIVES IS A FATASS OLD LAZY MODERN DAY CROOK (AND WHEN I SAY CROOK, I MEAN IT) YOU STILL OWE ME A REFUND BECAUSE MR HUFFSITTER HERE DID NOTHING BUT WASTE MY TIME AND LIED TO ME TELLING ME WOULD HAVE EYES ON MY DAUGHTER AND HER MOTHER WHEN SHE LEFT TOWN. YOU THINK YOU CAN JUSTIFY NOT PROVIDING A SERVICE BECAUSE YOU CLAIM IM A DRUNK EVEN IF I WAS A DRUNK I PAID YOUR INCOMPITENT ASS TO D A JOB 5200 DOLLARS TO BE EXACT FOR PICTURES OF HER AT WORK AND PICTURES OF HER TRASH AND MY LAWYER SAID IT WAS A JOKE BUT I ALREADY KNEW THAT. YOUR REPORT WASNT WORTH 20 DOLLARS AND BEFORE YOU JUDGE ME JUST DO YOUR JOB...

I hired nationwide to track my husband on the suspicion of an affair. I was given all of the tracking information, which was very helpful. I hired them a second time for suspected drug usage, but they were never able to place the tracking devices on his cars and continued to call me after three weeks asking for his whereabouts (even though I no longer lived in the same house with him). Now entering four weeks of no contact with my husband, I asked that my monies be refunded. (I needed this information for an upcoming court date). I was charged 5,800.00 with NO results. They were unable to deliver. They lied and stated that services were rendered, NOT SO! still fighting! Not very trust Worthy! Be Careful!
