I needed someone to serve paperwork to the other party who was being VERY difficult. I had hired a process server prior to hiring Black spear but the other party was purposely avoiding the PS. So I hired Black Spear to do the job. Their communication through email was quick and their uregency to do the job was what I needed. They were willing to deal with someone highly problematic and they ended up getting the job done in a timely manner. If you need a background check on someone, or need Black Spear to use their expertise to serve paperwork, I HIGHLY suggest you hire them. I know I'm glad I did.
