PLEASE READ You very likely do not need to use this or any service to claim your money owed to you by the state of Florida . This company takes a cut of your money to do something you can do very simply yourself without a fee . Look into Florida unclaimed property through the Florida treasure hunt site (this is .gov). Please don’t give away your money to this company .

Recieved a letter saying I was owed money. I had no idea but the Graham Group sent a form to sign and within 30 days I had my money. So easy no trouble or hassle. Happy they let me know and got my money awesome company !

Whoever "Dale and Brianna" are with this organization are rude. Brianna got a nasty tone with me and then Dale came on the phone and yelled at me and wouldn't give me the correct number to call I politely asked for. Then my mom called back and he continued to cuss her out. It's a scam. They don't even know the state's number for this unclaimed property.

Dear Mr. Graham, In all of my 21 years of Naval Service (Naval Special Forces), and then becoming a 100% disabled veteran that required me to return to the civilian-side of The United States, my first observation was that the average American business seemed to be rather biased. Biased in favor of themselves and "the customer is always right" 'practice' must have flown the coup, because I certainly did not have many (or any!) 'hassle-free' experiences. My health sent me to live in Florida (from Maine), and on arrival I rented a fine home for $1,000.00 per month, paid for all of the usual (electricity, water, waste disposal, etc) and barely got settled in before I found I had to relocate one more time, and was given NO time to do it in. Now, when I LEFT Florida, (because the landlord refused to fix the water in the house, and so I was without running water but still expected to pay in full, I optioned to just leave, let the landlord KEEP the Deposit money (to avoid having to fight an out of state landlord with "time" I did not have to invest in squabbling), and moved to a beautiful Mountain Chalet in Western North Carolina. Sounds "par for the course" so far right? Well, for the greater part, you ARE right, except that in my haste to get out of there I neglected (read: NEVER thought of), checking with the electricity supplier to get my deposit back ...because the last bill had JUST been paid in full, as always. Nearly 20 years have past since those events occurred, and less than a week ago I received a letter, a very NICE and EXPLANATORY LETTER, professionally presented, with a return postage paid envelope enclosed (and all else that I would need), from The Graham Group, LLC. The letter advised me that I had left my deposit, which had been (I assume), bouncing around that part of Florida for TWO DECADES ...and even though I had left a forwarding address, it was not until The Graham Group, LLC contacted me that I learned I had a 'decent' sum of money (Deposit for Electrical Service) owed to me but being held by The State of Florida, but for over two decades had never heard ONE WORD about it. Using what was provided in their letter to me, getting that deposit money back using The Graham Group, LLC was pretty hard. I not only had to sign in one place, but I had to date it too, then place it in the Postage Paid envelope and leave it in my mailbox, flag 'up'. (I am joking of course). Having only to sign, provide a copy of my ID, date it and send it took all of 2 minutes, and not 5 days later I received a letter stating I had been authorized, by THE STATE OF FLORIDA, to be repaid what I had left behind 20 years ago, and The Graham Group, LLC was kind enough (in the brief but superbly written letter), to advise me that most of the time no efforts are actually made to find folks like myself ....but THEY did AND 'recovered' that sum! Now, (at the present), a letter is "in the mail" containing my long-lost deposit minus a very small fee. ...which is far above being fair! I've never been more impressed or delighted "since the pigs ate my kid sister" (Miss Emmajean, you may delete that if you so desire. :-) ). Opened the letter, read one paragraph or two of explanation, signed dated, provided a copy of ANY acceptable form of ID and mailed. How much easier could it get? THANK YOU EVERYONE AT THE GRAHAM GROUP, LLC FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM! (You placed a big smile on my face even without teeth)! I have also faxed The BBB, praising them for assisting a 100% disabled combat vet (and they had no idea of my afflictions). Does THAT tell you how pleasant they are? Alright then. Got a letter in the mail from Graham Group LLC saying I had unclaimed money from the state . I knew I did and did try a few years ago to claim, didn't have proper paperwork . After reading letter from The Graham Group LLC I thought why not.. thinking I had nothing to lose. After a few months I got an email saying a check should be in the mail within 10 days actually only took 3 and check was delivered . Thanks so much Graham Group LLC

I was very sketchy about submitting my information, initially because of the times that we live in. I called to speak with someone to verify their credentials and was told to look at the certificate, which I did and compared the information with BBB. This is a legitimate company. I received updated information at my request. Then finally I checked my mail and my check was in my mailbox. I appreciate you guys notifying me and processing the claim for me. I recommend your services to anyone who may need them.

I usually don't write reviews but this company consistently sent me mail to remind me that i may have funds owed to me. I moved and they continued to encourage me with mail. Finally a colleague told me about funds may be owed to me. I sent in the paperwork little to no effort and received my check promptly. I was very impressed because this wasn't for a large sum of money but they were great experience for me

Have been receiving letters at my address for a previous owner. On the outside of envelpe it states"concerning funds that have been surrendered to State of Florida". In my profession in banking dealing with unclaimed funds, I went directly to Florida unclaimed property. Looked up name on envelope (without opening it) and found this was a deceased person who had money from an insurance policy. I wanted the widow or family to know about it. Without paying a fee, I couldnot locate her current address or family member. Many in my community, who were acquainted with her, could not supply current address . Called Graham Group, LLC. Champions gate, FL, because their return address on envelope and first class mail. I have returned to sender previous envelopes. I WAS TOLD BY A MAN WHO STARTED TALKING ON THE PHONE OVER THE RECEPTIONIST THAT I WAS A SNOOPY OR NOSEY OLD LADY IN AN OVER 55 COMMUNITY OPENING OTHER PEOPLE'S MAIL! I think he was trying to keep me from bypassing them getting the business and a cut of the money. Anyone can get these funds, if you want to do the work.

TOTAL SCAM - File the Claim yourself and then you don't have to deal with the RUDE staff. Call the state directly and get all your money - don't let this "army vet" scam it from you.

Called to follow up on the many letters that I re received asked right from the beginning the receptionist had a terrible attitude I then proceeded to ask for someone that may be hopeful or pleasant the next person was worse....how are they still in business ....would have went forward out of convenience but I will do the leg work myself.....received response from owner....it has nothing to do with the response it was the attitude...obviously you did not listen to the call if so you would have reprimanded your receptionist and responded with an apology

I received a refund notice from this company, money I was unaware that was owed to me. The funds had gone back to the state as unclaimed funds, I followed their instructions, no fee up front and received the money in a timely manner! They were very professional and nice through the process and I have received other notices from different companies that provide the same service and found that there fee was the cheapest!! I was contacted by this company stating unclaimed funds by my deceased father. Dealt with them over a year only to tell me it's not my father. They requested all kinds of docs from me and my brother like signatures,socials, identity cards..etc. My father's social..our birth certificates..along with other requests like translation of death certificate . After all said and done they made me call them several times only for me to call again and again to finally it's not my father and refused to provide me with any docs stating so. I questioned how is this possible with Emma Jean and felt I insulted her for asking and no in the the 10-12 years has never asked if there docs stating this claim was invalid. Then she hung up on me. I spoke to Dale who was nice when we first spoke and Rita was original person handling it also spoke to Sarah.. they were curt and somewhat snobby I had to be really careful speaking with them like it was on egg shells. Bring up something so emotional for my who family. I was mortified and felt extremely disrespected. Resolution: These guys need to be re trained on how to communicate with people about their deceased loved ones. They know it's equally sensitive because there is money involved and nothing like hearing you have money owed to you only to be told after providing numerous forms of docs to say no and not provide any docs stating so. Then to hang up was like REALLY?. I went and contacted the actual department of unclaimed funds and was treated accordingly and received payment within 14days which left me shocked to know that if I didn't go further my family would have lost out all because Emma feels like she didn't need to speak with me any more and that her only form of professionalism was to hang up. As of now check was received and cashed with me and my brother after an almost real life nightmare. My lawyer aunt got involved and was also hung up on after trying to understand where I went wrong . Thank God for the Florida department state of finance for their prompt professionalism.

They sent me a paper saying that I had money to claim. They wanted 9.56% as a commission for the money. Little did they know, I have already claimed the money with the state of Florida...and DIDN’T have to pay any commission. This company is trying to scam money out of people! Beware!!

Not helpful at all email them to check was happening and only got attitude from them, every time not trust them at all, if you called for a simple question an answer as simple can help, not an email with possible answers if they don't want to do it just say no, dont send letters, dont do business with them not professional at all.

Received a letter in mail that state of florida had overcharged me and was offering a service to go through the filing process to get the funds but would keep a reasonable fee. well - i got the check from the state of florida as promised even though it appeared initially to be a scam. the company is not a scam.

They sent me a letter about 3 months ago about a utility deposit I had forgotten about. I know you can do it on your own through the state but Im not able to to show proof of my old address from 10 years ago. They were able to help me and I received my check from the state right before xmas
