The case was a simple one and should not have taken any longer than a couple of weeks to complete (took 3 months). Betty Harrison was my POC from the beginning of the contract. After payment was received I was never provided progress updates. I had to call and email numerous times for a week or more before receiving updates. The updates that were received were minimal and did not confirm that any actual work was completed. Betty continued to make excuses as to why they were unable to provide any information of value. I eventually asked Betty if a comprehensive report would be provided to me upon completion describing how time was spent, investigative techniques used and information found, and she said “yes”. She reassured me that they will rap up my case shortly. Weeks went by, I eventually gave Betty a date to be completed and have a comprehensive report to me by June 30, 2018. I received no response from the email and called several times to ensure she received the deadline and was never able to make contact. The service that I paid for was not completed. The customer service that I received was unacceptable. No attempt was made on their behalf to remedy the situation. Once payment was received Eyewitness investigations showed no interest in my case. Many would consider this FRAUD.
Do not sign a contract with Eyewitness Investigations. I initiated multiple credit card disputes, no matter how much proof you have that they did not do anything of value and fabricated information the clause that states "results are not guaranteed" makes disputing the theft very difficult. Funny how after initializing the dispute all of the information that I requested magically materialized and was submitted credit card company. My next step is BBB complaint.
