Terrible customer service ,disgusting behavior with client relations. It’s unfortunate that whoever they have for the overnight on Sundays 12 to 8 represents their company in such a disgusting way. Unresponsive and lazy staff at one of the most important places in Hartford. I.e. the union station bus terminal . The young lady who was unwilling to give her name and even give any names from leader ship in terms of help, it was just the shameful experience ..in addition to that I was there to find the other half of a wireless headphones bud set said that based on a GPS node said that it was exactly in the box that the security got was standing. That being said she was still unwilling to even help on a minimal level .......just a shame. I would encourage any client who’s experienced this type of behavior to report to better business or consumer affairs much like I will do going forward .... Shameful, HATCHER They don’t deserve a star . Staff smoking cigarettes on property littering and just overall Unconcerned with client needs.....

Horrible company. Do not hire for anything. Did not want to pay my unemployment and made up bogus stories about me setting fire to the property, and vandalizing it. Completely false accusations. Looking back on this i should have sued them for slander. Woman at the front desk, zita or zida however its spelt a complete zombie. Lies through her teeth. So bad they were fired from the local property they had a contract with because they did not care to secure it and assets were damaged as a result due to their poor performance. Like the other review below me not worthy of a star but its the lowest i could give.

This company is a trash this is the worst company to work they have a lot of junky peoples work for them they're not educated at all bad human resources very crazy supervisor specially the one at pine manor college in Chestnut hill ma... If you really leave a miserable life at work go apply with them but if you're looking for trouble and you don't wanna get pay on time you wanna be a stressful person go head and apply......
