I never have written a review before but this one is well deserved. I was looking for someone from long ago and didn’t know where to begin. I tried all the options available on the internet and got nowhere. Then I found Darrin and his team. Darrin was honest from the beginning and told me he would do his best considering I only had a name. I wasn’t even sure of the state to look in After talking with Darrin I was confident that he could help . I was a victim of a hit-and-run accident, so I needed a private investigator to look into it as most of hit-and-run drivers are never caught. After checking into a couple of different investigators I felt they got a sense I was in a vulnerable situation and wanted to profit by economically, so I hired NAI after speaking with the chief investigator. Darrin was a very easy going person to speak with. I asked him several questions about his business and his background, he explained everything and answered all my questions diligently. He was also advisable and told me that I could call him at any time if I had questions or something came up. I found the service personalized and was always able to get him on the phone, and that is important to me. In my case it was really critical that they got moving on it quickly which they did. The rest of the staff were helpful and very communicative, also good about being in touch with updates. If I ever have to use their services a second time which I hope I don’t, I am confident they will deliver again impeccably. I will not hesitate recommending them to friends.

Quick, Effective and Accurate Results!! Amazing Customer Service!! Highly Recommended! I was searching for ways to get information regarding several individuals whom I was trying to locate in addition to background checks, driving records, etc. regarding my cases. I came across North American Investigations (NAI) where I read and heard great things about them so I decided to try them out. They wanted all the money up front before they did anything. They misrepresented what they could do. My son was murdered and police didn't do their job and we're trying to cover their a...es They did nothing. 0, they are total thieves. They went to the police station and hung out there. I already knew the police didn't do their job,. I didn't want them to follow the false narrative. It was a total waste of time and money. Don't waste your money on them.
