Today I give Lexpro 3 Stars for finally contacting me regarding the experience my wife and kids had 6 months ago. Chris, partner/owner of the company was kind enough to reach out via telephone to apologize in behalf of his partner and Lexpro. Apology excepted, and best of luck to Lexpro. 1 Star Had the worst experience ever with this psychotic individual that verbally barraged and badgered my wife with two kids in the vehicle over a parking spot. My wife accidentally parked in the spot of a Lexpro research owner/employee and he would not move his vehicle while he had my wife with two kids trapped in a parking spot. He continued to verbally barrage her and teach her a lesson why she should not park in a spot which stated reserved. Totally unprofessional and uncalled for behavior between a male vs. a female with two children trapped in a vehicle while an individual such as this scaring and keeping a woman and children hostage, blocked in a parking spot at his place of business acting childish. When attempting to contact the company as a concerned husband and father, this Lexpro company is unreachable via telephone. I would never deal with them if ever needed a company such as this. Completely sickening and scary situation for my wife and kids.
