I recently retained Intelex to locate some missing heirs in a New York probate matter. Unfortunately, I was unable to provide them with too much information concerning the heirs. Notwithstanding the dearth of information provided, the staff at Intelex utilized numerous resources, including sending a runner/expediter to a Court over a thousand miles away, to retrieve a related but archived probate file from a 1987 estate. After locating the two missing heirs, they went a step further and located current home addresses, home telephone numbers and even a current working cell phone number. Intelex far surpassed by my expectations. They completed this assignment very quickly, giving me regular updates every day or two. The fee charged was extremely reasonable and the customer service was superlative. I have already recommended Intelex to several other New York attorneys for this type of background/investigative work and will likely do so many more times. I will absolutely use them again ( . . . and again . . . and again . . .)
