I called Jon intending to hire him for a background check on a woman who left me an extremely disturbing message, and instead of easily taking the assignment, he spent a considerable amount of time talking to me and asking questions to better understand and judge the terrible situation I was in. I was rattled and not thinking clearly, but Jon was able to help me see things from a different angle. Fast forward a day, it turns out that the background check wasn’t necessary but I still value the service and insight that he provided. Thank you.
