Two years ago, I needed to serve a restraining order on a homeless party in Colorado Springs, and Chad Compton was able to locate the party and serve him. When that party violated the restraining recently (two years later) and the case went to trial, Chad was available and willing to travel to Denver to testify, although the party ended up pleading guilty. If you need a process server Chad is your guy. He was able to serve a defendant on very short notice attempting late in the evening and very early in the morning to effect service. He also filed the service affidavit with the court for me. I've never had to do this before but if I ever do again he is definitely the guy for the job! 6 Stars!

My experience with Assurance was pretty bad. After they were unable to serve the other party in my case they basically ignored all my calls and texts. I didn't receive any of my paperwork back, I had to go to court to get those documents again. They wouldn't even send the invoice so I could pay them. I had to text and call multiple times asking them to send it. After they ignored me again today I gave up and took my documents to the sheriff's office so they could do the service. I'm glad everyone else had a great experience because I did not.

My ex absconded with my 8 year old daughter to Colorado from NY. I only knew a general area of where they were and she had simply turned off my daughters phone. I had time sensitive orders for her to return by a certain date but she needed to be served by a certain date prior. I hired Chad as he had some good reviews and I liked my conversation with him. I was very nervous about this getting done and he assured me it would happen. As soon as he received the papers she was found and served the order to return with my baby to this courts jurisdiction.
