As a private professional fiduciary, it is my job to manage trust and conservatorship assets, which include rental income properties. I learned a few years ago the importance of having a third party serve my three day notices and evictions. I can say without reservation that NTIS has been the most responsive to my needs and they have provided affidavits admissible in court to prove that we did our due diligence in notifying the tenants, thus protecting our clients and their estates. Assets I manage are in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Luis Obispo. NTIS has met my needs and then some and I am fortunate to have found such a detail-oriented firm to back the work I do.
