Mr. Garrett is the PI who assisted our group in trying to located a man who scammed families out of thousands. Myself included. Not only did he provide us proof of the man's recent locations but with the minimal information we had we determined this man was a wanted criminal in San Diego CA. And now thanks to that we managed to get him a warrant in the Bay Area and in LA, for the car and 9k he stole from a single mother with children.
