Great end to a day I thought was the end of my quest. I had two different directions to take, with hours to complete the direction I made. Had talked to everyone I could think of, with a lot of confusion. Finally, Connie Fishbaugh, too the rescue. Took hold and got the impossible done. For over two months I have been looking for this job to be done. Within hours, not weeks, job was accepted AND COMPLETED. I think I have a friend for life. Want something call Connie. My case was a very difficult, invasive and generally awful. Well done.

I have worked with this company many times; Fishbaugh has a passion for investigations, it clearly shows in the results delivered and you will always get commitment and dedication... that being said, it is my opion that Fishbaugh is sometimes not impartial as investigators should be, they should only gather the facts and as I saw happen, allow non related personal judgment, perceptions and feelings regarding how another leans politically or morally to replace objectivity , as well as pick and choose cases bases on personal beliefs. Someone else may think think this is ok, but this mindset will broadly effect choices made out in the field and could effect a case. (This should not be mistaken for or interfere for that matter, with an investigators important "gut feeling" , or intuitive desicion making) In regards to customer service, Fishabaugh is excellent in regards to honesty in billing, self disipline in the field, professionalism and being on time, often very early just to check out the area for example, all before starting the clock, while compassion and understanding, in regards to cheating spouse cases for example, is sometimes lacking. Overall, you won't be disappointed if you are looking for certain criteria, but I can not recommend Fishbaug either way, finding an investigator is a personal choice depending on your wants and needs, therefore my review is from my experiance to help you rd choice either way.
