Way Lee and Eva were tremendous. I had a very unique and difficult problem in China that needed a skilled and knowledgeable person on the ground to collect reliable information and contact appropriate agencies including different police departments. A friend called me one Sunday. She asked if I could help locate a missing family member. I had no idea how to do that, and not enough time had passed to file a true "missing person" report with the police. When in doubt, hire a professional. I found Scott online and spoke with him on the family's behalf. He replaced the situation's stress with a methodical process and insight. Scott asked thoughtful discovery questions to orient his search, then got started. It took less than 10 minutes. As you can imagine, this wasn't an awesome time for that family. Scott's work...on a Sunday...delivered aid, comfort, and results. The missing family member was found in less than 90 minutes. There's an old saying that it's not enough to do your best...you have to know what to do, and then do your best. In this situation, and I'm sure others like it, Scott knew what to do.
