Unfortunately I needed to confirm a report to me that my spouse was cheating on me. Detective Michael took my information very seriously and appeared confident about taking the case. He kept in close contact with me and provided me with information on a daily basis. He provided video evidence sent to my cell phone of unfortunately my spouse with another woman. However, at least I was now sure of the cheating and with solid evidence, confidently filed for divorce. Michael was professional and worked with a partner Kieth (one in car and one on foot) to achieve these results. Worth every penny. If you suspect cheating, do not tell your significant other. Instead hire a PI and catch them off guard before they figure out how to hide their cheating from you!

The real name of this business is Blue Systems International. The owner has changed it slightly to avoid detection of bad reviews on the Internet under his company's real name. All the other reviews here are fake. I got them removed on yelp but Google doesn't provide an easy reporting process for removal of fake reviews. Youssef Maggot aka Michael Joseph aka MJ is the only person who runs and works at Blue Systems International so I will use his name and the name of his company interchangeably throughout this review. This may seem a bit personal, but for all intents and purposes, Youssef Maggot and Blue Systems International are one and the same. In my dealings with Blue Systems International, I dealt only with Youssef Maggot and no one else. I hired Youssef Maggot for a simple background on a person. He got me to pay him in advance. Once he collected my payment, he immediately stopped answering my phone calls and emails. Before his disappearance, he described himself as an “honest muslim” but also claimed that he still had not deposited my check even though I could see online that it had already cleared my bank account. Not too good of a lie for a PI. After about two weeks without being able to get in touch with him, I contacted the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, the licensing agency for private investigators in California. As soon as he found out about that, he called me immediately and told me that because I complained, he won’t give me the report he supposedly had already prepared for me. According to him, if I had waited a bit longer and hadn’t filed a complaint on him, he would’ve sent it to me no problem. He also submitted a bogus invoice to the regulator for made up consultations and for the background report in question that he claimed to have sent to me. I will upload a copy of that invoice with this review. About eight months after he conducted that scam, he filed a response to my report on him to the BBB. In his response, he claimed that my request for the background report for which I hired him was “illegal”, so he didn’t have to do any work (and according to his logic, I guess, could just keep the money). He also claimed to have reported me to the FBI for having made that request and said “you are more than welcome to verify [it]”. To which I say, yes, I’d like to verify that, what is the name and phone number of the FBI agent that he spoke with? Anyway, the guy is a crook and I advise anyone who might even consider hiring him not to do it. Also, please take a look at the images I uploaded with this review.

They told me that they were going to setup a sting operation to gather evidence to expose the criminal activity. Instead they gave me information I already provided to them. Stay away from this Crock. August 21, 2017 He emailed me and threatened me with a lawsuit only because I’m sharing my honest personal experience with this corrupt individual. All that in one week. And it all costed me almost what i paid for the two lazy investigators who ripped me off.This guy is AMAZING. I recommend him for everyone.
