My husband and I recently hire Mckinney Process servers to serve some paperwork in Arkansas. It was a pretty terrible experience. There is no way to track what was actually being done. The went to the wrong address for a week that they said we gave them, but could not show where we gave them the wrong address. Then the claim to have attempted several more times and noone was home. Most of those times the subject was home because she had the stomach flu. They decidede that they had tried to many times and that they would send back out docs. That was nearly a month a go and we have not received them. I wish we would have just used the sheriff's office. You also can't physically talk to the process server. I was not happy with this service. Maybe it was a fluke and everything that could go wrong did!
