I want to let all of you know that Jane is a scam. She is very rude, unprofessional and very unfriendly. I had talked to her few weeks ago about a case that I wanted her to investigate for me. She barely listened to me and kept saying that I need to retain and pay the fees first in order for her to even listen to my case. I was disappointed with her rude and unprofessional behavior and did not feel like retaining her. Since I could not find any other agency or may be due to lack of time, I called her again today. She was rude as usual and did not listen to me and kept saying that I need to retain her and pay the fees before she will even hear me. She even said that she does not remember a bit of case that I discussed with her the first time stating that "I receive 20 phone calls every day and I can't remember everybody's case" I said, ok, I MAT hire you for few hours but let me think again. She said she is going to send me the invoice. After sending the invoice, she texted me pushing to pay it right away. With her pushy attitude, I was skeptical again and told her that I need some more time to think if I want to retain her or not and she kept pushing and also threatened me to pay the invoice. I finally told her clearly that I do not want to retain her due to her behavior and I am not sure if she is a real agency or will even provide any services after getting my money. She kept threatening over the texts and when I said that I am clearly stating to not pay you for the services that I have not received and do not intend to receive, then she texted me that she had reserved time for me in her office twice so she has provided me services and threatened to pay the invoice which was a pure lie. I can tell you that all the bad reviews about her online are absolutely correct. Stay away from this scam lady. I was very respectful to her in all my texts but probably people like her don't know what respect is and she kept interrupting my privacy. I plan to report her in case she texts me again so guys if you also have suffered from such behavior form her then please let me know. And JANE, THROUGH THIS ONLINE REVIEW, I AM ASKING AGAIN TO RESPECT MY PRIVACY. I wish you good luck and a blessed day.

Response to Ms. Jane. . . I am not nor have I ever been a telemarketer, If you wouldn't have been rude and cut me off in the middle of my sentence you would have found out that I am a criminal justice major that was looking for a private sector to ask a few questions for a class assignment. Being that you work for the public you should work on your people skills and take responsibility for your actions. 5 stars for this investigator. She did an amazing job with my case. This woman is really a hard worker. She is actually local, when the other company I called was really out of state and they where basically charging me a "middle man" fee, in essence costing me more. I have had to use a few investigators in the past, and this lady is really talented.
