Dr. Swift is wonderful, I just ask him what he thinks for my wrinkles and fillers and I love how each time I am delighted that I look 10 years younger.

I can breath through my nose!!! Something I haven't done since I don't know when. Coach's Crew has brought 2 noses, went through 3 surgeries, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back for another. Very smart, very personable, and very compassionate. He knows moms and dads worry, so following child procedures he does a private consult with the parents and runs down what happened and what to expect. Dr. Swift is top notch... couldn't ask for anything more.

Horrible doctor, even worse worse care. Ive been dealing with sinusitis for years off and on, never severe enough to block nasal passages. In june 2018 my nasal passages closed up. Had ct scans done, blood work, before seeing him. He refused to scope my nasal passages and instead kept prescribing nsaids after being on steroids and antibiotics for 3.5 months. Its now end of January 2019 and has progressively gotten worse. I have horrible sinus pressure headaches, pain and pressure behind my eyes, dizzy all the time, and i can only sleep 20 minutes at a time. I followed recommendations to bring down this swelling to no avail. Thank you swift for your 3 minute room visits. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Swift is more concerned with cool sculpting then patient well being and quality of life.

Saw doctor Swift a few times before having my tonsillectomy and was great! After a fiasco with the hospital I had my tonsils and adenoids removed. I can honestly say that it isn’t a cakewalk when you’re 24/25 to have them out. But a big thank you to Swift and his staff!

I have never made a habit of writing bad reviews, no matter my experience. But in this case, I feel I have no choice. I am overly disgusted by the complete incompetence of the staff working in this office. As for Dr. Swift, I don't know how he is, I've never met him. But let me explain. My daughter has asthma and allergies and has been receiving shots for her allergies in Montana for the past one and a half years, with no incident. We moved down to Wyoming and found Dr. Swift's office, calling two weeks in advance to give them all the numbers to clinics we have seen that had my daughter's vials and records. Come time for her appointment, we find out that Swift's office has no records, no vials, and requests that we go find all her paperwork for them. I made calls myself to find all the correct people to talk to, and again give the contact information to Swift's office. Two more weeks go by, it's time for my daughter to get her allergy shot, and not only does Swift's Office not have all her paperwork still, but they hadn't even gotten her medicine yet. I became quite concerned and made calls to the previous clinics and found out that they had sent Swift's office my daughter's paperwork THREE TIMES, yet it kept getting lost, and there was no idea where her medicine had gone or when they could get more. All the time during this four week period, Swift's staff kept pushing and pushing for us to make them our main provider, and to let them do new scratch tests and mix new serum, when all we needed to do was have them administer a shot. Finally, three more weeks go by and my daughter's shot is almost a full month overdue, I tell Swift's office that I'm leaving them for another ENT doctor. Less than ONE HOUR later, I received a call stating that they had found my daughter's vials and that they had been misplaced for weeks. UNACCEPTABLE. Now, not only did I find out that the Billings Allergy Clinic put Swift ENT office on a "Do Not Use" list solely because of this incident, and that because of Swift's poor staff, they undid MONTHS of progress on my daughter's allergy treatment, but I'm STILL getting bills from their office for the visits we had, even though I've already given them our medical insurance cards. I cannot express how infuriated, how loathe I am to have ever stepped foot into that office. Even taking into considering the mail time it takes to send things, Swift's office completely screwed up. Once again, I never met Doctor Swift, I don't know how he is. I feel that over the several visits I had that I should have met him at least once. But his staff, on the other hand? I am horrified at the way they handled my daughter's treatment. Good luck
