Micheal schuh is very rude individual my fiance had her wisdom teeth taken out by an excellent surgeon steve zent but had to return due to dry socket and that is when she met Michael schuh WE HAD BEEN warned from friends and family not to go to him because he is rough ,pain full and rude person ....she left in tears he told her to stay in the room until she stopped MOPING!!!!!!!!!

I didn't so much have a problem with Dr. Schuh being rude. He was, however, a bit more rough than I was prepared for and I had let them know of a previously traumatic experience and thought they would have taken it with a bit more consideration, understanding and tenderness . I had an emergency and they fit me in right away and I was very grateful for that. I can say that they saved me a lot of pain by squeezing me in when they were all booked up. If I'm being honest, there are no smiles or friendly attitudes coming from any person I have been in contact with there. Honestly, Dr. Schuh was the nicest to me and I saw him a total of five minutes each time. I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that they really don't get to establish relationships with their patients since oral surgery isn't usually a recurring thing, but nonetheless a bit of tenderness, patience, compassion and comfort would have really gone a long way for me. I don't like to write negative things but if someone else has had a traumatic dental experience in the past, I just want to prepare them for the environment they will experience. My mouth is healing well though and he seems to be very good at what he does.
