You know that we don't usually bother to place feddbacks when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Plastic Surgery corresponds to the category of Surgeon.
The worst. I’ve traveled across the county and been to clinics and hospitals coast to coast. This place is horrible. A meat market. The receptionist told the doctor I was there for a physical. I was there for a sprain. But I promise you she paid attention when I gave them my billing and insurance. My advice. Avoid these people at all costs. When it becomes more important to take your money than heal your ails, I’m thinking it’s time to hang it up. I walked out and suggest you do the same
They told me I had to present to urgent care for a uti because I'm on epilepsy meds. What Bs... so guess I suffer
April 13, 2016 TO: Marshfield Clinic in Wisconsin I am an ophthalmologist, and have applied multiple times, but never been responded to. Again on April 8, 2016, I was contacted by a Jennifer Waters-Plemon contacted me again and I applied again. Today I called her and she acted as if she has not read my CV, which clearly indicates my last position. And my unemployment has not been voluntary. MS. Waters-Plemon immediately responded to my e-mail today that Automatic Reply that today she is out of the office. Please remove my name from your list.
Very neat and clean. Excellent hospital with nice hospitality and facilities
I experienced the best of care. And plan to go back if I move back to Wisconsin.
Always great care at Marshfield!
I would like to thank all the doctors and staff for all the help in my first surgery I ever had ..very kind and took really good of me ...thank you Dr.nirujogi and staff for a awesome job
I see Dr Hashimoto for a number of reasons. My ob in minocqua referred me to him. Him and his staff are nothing short of wonderful and compassionate. It’s well worth the 2 hour drive to see him
This is where people go for doctor appointments
Currently waiting for my ultrasound.. it's been thirty minutes from my appointment and I was ten minutes early. I don't appreciate the lack of professionalism
The most compassionate, caring doctors, nurses & staff that I've ever had Promptly take care of me for a severe migraine headache.Pennsylvania Hospitals could learn Alot from the Marshfield Clinic.
Staff was great but the Doctor I had didn't want to help doesn't really listen to your problem just worried about his money seems they don't care about their patient seems they wouldn't care if you live or not just horrible
Place sucks just want your money
All in all they have very good service I came here sicker than I've ever been and this is day five they've been very persistent even though I'm a stubborn box of rocks and they're making me feel better each one of them no matter how irritable I get want me to heal I want me to get better and Care truly from the bottom of their heart I can truly say I respect these people and I would bring my children here I was flown here by helicopter FYI.
Just a hospital and clinic
Everyone here is really crabby!
Not as much fun as I hoped.
Positive experiences any time I've needed the Mfld clinic system for myself or my children.
I hope you don't mind paying $30-$60 whatever your insurance copay is , for visiting Urgent care, only to be told by RothFuzz. It's viral , can't help ya bud. How would he know? Did he stick a Q-tip in my ass and examine microbes under a microscope? Urgent care here is the biggest joke ever. My wife sought help for an upper Respiratory infection.
I went in for an elbow replacement. When I was coming out of surgery, I could feel my elbow, so they had to numb me up again. I stayed only one night, but I had to stay in a triage room overnight. There was only room for my bed and the nurse. Plus, it only had a curtain for the door. I had to order from a menu that only had cereal, granola bars, Campbell's soup, and food you get from a machine. There was no room for my husband, so he stayed across from me in a triage room in a recliner. They said there were no more rooms. However, my husband saw people that come in after us get a room. And to top it off, the doc broke my arm while putting in my new elbow, and he was all nonchalant about it. "And, by the way, I broke your arm." That put another four weeks on my healing time. I didn't complain about it, but they kept sending me surveys to complete about my experiences. So finally, I just called them and told them what happened. One week after that they sent me a letter stating that they will look into it. It's been four months and I haven't heard a damn thing.
my son was taken there while at camp and we received a $246.00 bill in the mail for a sore throat visit!!!!!!!! And they didn't even take a strep culture!!!!!
I will have to agree with the previous review. While the nurses and doctors have always been very helpful, the financial department is terrible. I went for an annual checkup and during the checkup I was asked by my doctor if I had any allergies. I was honest, like you should be with your doctor, and I said yes. He asked me what kind and then offered a prescription that would help. Because of this question and the fact that he wrote me a prescription I was charged with an office visit in addition to my annual checkup. I was charged for 2 visits in the one trip to the doctor. When I asked the financial department how to avoid this situation, they responded with, "When you are at the doctor for your annual check-up you must tell the doctor that you only want to discuss preventive care. Do not discuss your health concerns, or you will be charged with an office visit in addition." This is the best part. I didn't receive this bill until almost a year after my appointment. No wonder we have a health care problem in this country. I will be going to Aspirus from now on.
Drove an hour to get here on time for a CT scan, so far I've been sitting and waiting 35 mins. This isn't the first time I've had a long wait. I'm severely hypoglycemic and was told not to eat for 2 hrs beforehand. This is going to be totally unsafe if I go without food for too long. Not a happy camper.
I would just like to say that if anything happens at this clinic. They will put all of the blame on you and take absolutely no responsibility. If I could give 0 stars I would. Also the doctor I had was very rude and disrespectful to me. I will never go to this clinic again.
I called Careway & spoke with Cheryl - she was awesome- asked a lot of questions and explained things so thoroughly. She was compassionate with saying things twice as I am not feeling well - thank Cheryl !!
Took Marshfield clinic of Minocqua over a year to diagnose a common illness which was severe at the time. It was basically a uphill battle and even battling my doctor just for the tests I needed. The first two times I went here I had to go to urgent care because they couldn't get me into a doctor for months. At this time I also had a tumor growing in my breast they treated it as non urgent also. They told me that I had stress disorders just to blow me off in urgent care, which I do not. Urgent care also went to tell me the bump on my breast was acne and not to worry about it. Then when tested it was a tumor. It took two months for me get into my doctor for the first time. I didn't get a same day appointment or a next day appointment like they advertise, it took TWO months. At the time I was fainting dizzy and unconscious most of the days and felt this way for a year prior without seeking help until I was unable to get out bed and lost my job because of constant fainting and dizziness even getting in car accidents because I could barely function. I thought I was having bad seizures almost everyday but my doctor could've cared less. It was bad experiences in emergency rooms also. Don't tell me I'm okay when I just fainted and give me a pregnancy test and tell me to be on my way. I don't recommend this place for anything beside plastic surgery or cardiology your likely to get the care you need faster at Ministry or any other hospitals around. Matter of fact my doctor sent me to a plastic surgeon way before my health was ever figured out. There's only so long someone can be sick. Marshfield will stretch your insurance and your time until they can't anymore. One year later I found what it is but can't forget how many times I told my basic care provider and she didn't listen. It was unprofessional and inhumane how long they let me be sick for in their care even having a minor stroke before running the tests I needed.
Marshfield Clinic might be good for some health issues, but in my opinion it is not a good place to go for Lyme Disease, particularly if you potentially suffer from Post Lyme Disease Syndrome. The support staff that I encountered is top notch--concerned about the issues, willing to help, and friendly. The actual physician that I encountered in the Infectious Diseases department was, in my opinion, poor. If you think you have Lyme, and particularly if you have been diagnosed with Lyme and are suffering long term impacts, in my opinion take your health elsewhere. I did.
They have help me with the cancer
Dr. Vijaya Lakshmi Nirujogi was a wonderful surgeon who took the time to diagnosis my condition and perform the necessary surgery I needed, to repair some problems with increasing dysplasia in my stomach. She was extremely confident and knew just exactly what needed to be done. She had a great way of explaining what would happen during the surgery and what to expect after I was sent home. I must say she was the best surgeon I've ever had and hope she will practice at Marshfield a long time! Debra Wessels
My week old son had an appointment... We were there for 3 hours. It was rediculous. Seriously considering driving a longer distance and taking my children elsewhere.
I had an appointment on Tuesday April 24th at 1:30pm check in time made at clinic in March. Last week mtm called Marshfield Clinic Oral Surgery to check on appointment time. They were told 1pm. On April 24 around 9am I called Marshfield Clinic Oral Surgery and then they tell me my appointment time is 3pm. They changed my appointment without calling me the supervisor on Oral Surgery was rude to me and this was the 2nd time they messed up my appointments. They should have personally called me if they were changing the time and the patient experience didn't listen to me. They tried to say this appointment was changed in March but when MtM called them last week, they were told my appointment was at 1pm. Marshfield Clinic sure changes there stories and couldn't keep them straight. PEOPLE BEWARE WHEN MAKING APPOINTMENTS WITH MARSHFIELD CLINIC ORAL SURGERY, MARSHFIELD WISCONSIN.
My son had a detached retina. We took him to the Marshfield clinic to see Dr Scott Paulman for surgery to re-attach his retina. Dr Paulman said it was a easy surgery with a high probability of success. After four failed surgeries by Dr Paulman my son is now permanently blind in one eye. This is not entirely Dr Paulman's fault because Dr Anderson who was assigned to watch for serious conditions which may develop in my son's eyes failed to monitor him closely and thoroughly. My son has a condition called Uveitis which was never taken into consideration for his eye treatment until it was to late. The office staff was acting strange on several occasions. On one appointment one of the nurses stated that my son had a eye pressure of 90 which is impossible and only caused us to worry much more than we already had. Eye pressure is usually between 0-30. Some questions were unprofessional at times.
Went in for a kidney infection/possible stone, I have a long long history of them. Blood in my labs and bacteria, ordered a culture but was told by the Dr that I'm too young for stones, and probably just have a sore muscle.... yeah tell that the my medical record with like 10 stones and infections on it.
A waste of time. This place makes you jump through unecessary hurdles just to get any care at all. For Marshfield Clinic, your money is their main priority and your health is secondary.
Great
I have had nothing but good experiences here! I have had my doctors here since I was born and they are professional and amazing. When I have needed a specialist I don't have to drive far away or wait a really long time to be seen they are right in the same building! Every place of practice in the medical field has ups and downs but I am very thankful to have specialists at my finger tips and some amazing people from housekeeping to the doctors they all do an amazing jobs!!!
Sketchy healthcare, went there to have a small cut repaired (5 staples) and received a bill for $350 a month later. Paid the bill and a few months after that was told there was a second bill for an additional $950 which they were sending to collections because they were unable to reach me. Needless to say I did provide my address during the visit but was told they don't share information with the hospital part of the building. Besides the unethical business department how does a small rural second rate hospital/clinic charge $1400 for a 25 minute visit. Obviously paying the bill to keep my good credit but seriously stay away from this place!
Horrible
Verygood clinic help more than more.
Worst hospital/clinic system I have ever seen.... I’m 60 years old and have lived in a lot of places.
I wish that I could agree with the other rosy review, But I have had it with the callous treatment that I have consistently received from the patient accounts department. While the physicians and nursing staff have generally been caring and kind, I have found that on several occasions, the patient accounts department starts hounding me for payments before my insurance company has even had a chance to review their claims and pay the insurance portion. Late last week my wife (who was sick in bed) got a call from them demanding a payment over the phone. She politely informed them that she does not give out financial information over the phone, and that she would come to the Hospital and arrange payments in person. Today, she went in to find out what we owe and was rudely informed that our account has been sent to collections, and we will have to pay them. I have never bailed out on any debt in my life, and I don't appreciate having my credit trashed just because they cannot wait 2 days to be paid. I will be taking my future business elseware!
Zero respect. Zero compassion. Zero integrity.
crooks
Vary slow response to problems
Let's see where to start? The time I snapped my ankle and they said it was a sprain...or the time a friend was sent home, because "it's just a upset stomach" and his appendix had ruptured. That whole nasty habit of "You haven't paid our outrageous fee's yet?!" Asked a week after appointment, then sent to collections. There are a few helpful people there, but most seem to be money grubbing Neanderthal's with PhD's. If you value your health and wallet avoid like the plague.
We give our health care 5 stars
Trying to remain positive....5 stars for some....2 stars for others.
The doctors and staff were great. The reason for the 1 star is the billing department. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE ! I would fire them all. My husband had appointments starting in 2017 into 2018. I got my bill. I paid my part and insurance paid their part. Get another bill -over due. They tell me they didn't get either payment. Had to get copies of my check and ins.check and fax it to them. They find they applied to not only the wrong bill but the wrong year. trying to work with them is impossible. Sent another two checks for another bill to the clinic. wrote on the check where it was to go, with visit date, name of doctor and acct' #. Guess what? They applied it wherever they wanted! Now my bill is a complete total mess! While trying to straighten out the mess they sent the first one to collections even though they said they wouldn't . The ins co. is involved in trying to help figure out their mess! Hopefully I never have to deal with this place again. Hopefully no-one else has to go through what I have with their billing department. Sorry for the long review, but I have alot to say. could go on but I think you get the idea.
negative 5 stars
Techs, Nurses and Doctors are always friendly and courteous. Irregardless of which branch that I have visited. Parking at the Main clinic in Marshfield is some times a pain, depending on the day and time you go.
Monthly lab work
Friendly staff.
Transferred care from Aspirus during a horrible time in our high risk pregnancy and Marshfield has given us the compassion and quality care that we really needed at this difficult time. All of the staff we've encountered were wonderful.
