I have been going here for years, but will never recommend anyone here again. After my last couple rounds of lip fillers, they had many lumps and my upper lip was noticeably uneven. The nurse (Nurse Gigi I believe her name was) tried to remove my lumps last week, it didn’t help much. I called earlier this week and requested another appt to even out my upper lip, the nurse unsuccessfully tried popping one of my lumps, but she kept saying “only blood is coming out”, and proceeded to try and pop it continuously. She set the needle down directly on the table and picked it back up to re-insert it in my lip (I work in the medical field, this is completely unacceptable).. she also never sanitized my lips and failed to last time as well. A friend was there as my witness. The nurse said there isn’t much we can do about the unevenness despite me requesting them to inject the other half that was smaller than the other to even them out. I told her I paid too much money to not have them nearly perfect and I asked her what can we do about the unevenness then and she said “just put some lip stick on it.” Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, I walked out and now a different and better office has to fix their mess. Never get your lips filled here. Despite my disgust towards this office, I however did always like their Glendale office.
