I was hoping that this would have ended my search for an SRS doctor because she seems sweet, and caring. I also noticed she was in a few publications.. However, She cancelled two consultations, the second one was without notice... I was able to reschedule for 1230 from what I heard over the phone, but instead she called at 2:33. I answered her call the first time it rang but then said I missed the call. I called back immediately. I was told I couldn't get another phone consult for another couple months. It wasn't worth it considering this would probably happen again. My insurance coverage ends in February so I don't have time for the games. I am veru disapppinted and anxious to find a provider.

I've not had any of the problems that the other reviewer had with contacting her. Her staff was very helpful and courteous and she was very knowledgeable and honest while being kind and caring.
