This is the worst doctor EVER. He explained NOTHING to me. Right before my surgery, I asked questions and he literally pointed to his nurse and said that is what she was for; to answer your questions. He made so many mistakes it's unbelievable. He told me that he didn't even think I needed surgery because the surgeon who was going to perform my mastectomies hadn't updated his records yet and he was wondering why I would need reconstruction. I told him I would need it because I had cancer. Instead of calling the surgeon and checking to see if he hadn't updated his records yet and if I indeed had cancer and needed mastectomies, he just blew me off...making me feel like I was crazy, almost like I didn't need the mastectomies. That appointment was a total waste of my time. He never acknowledged that mistake or apologized. Then when he did perform my surgery he wasn't kind or compassionate. He never really explained anything. He was awful. Did not give me enough pain medication after surgery. He barely came to check up on me...mostly sent student doctors or resident doctors. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to ANYONE!!! STAY FAR AWAY. Now I am in Chronic pain. I have nerve damage. I have severe neuropathy from his surgery. I am almost bed bound from his work. AWFUL!! He never told me I could have all the pain I have. I was not a good candidate for the reconstruction he did after my mastectomies and I've done research and since gone to other plastic surgeons who have said with all my symptoms I had before surgery, they would never have done what he did to me. He also did more extensive surgery and never told me, it was another surgeon who looked at his records that told me... "you didn't have a DIEP flap, you had a muscle sparing tram flap, your doctor never told you?" I told him, no and he said that any surgeon should immediately tell their patient if something changed during surgery. HE NEVER TOLD ME. He also cracked a small part of my rib and never told me that could happen during surgery. The other plastic surgeon I went to after my surgery had to tell me that happened to me. STAY AWAY!!! I am permanently now on disability!

Dr.LoGiudice has been my brother's surgeon for reconstruction after cancer surgery. He has been absolutely fantastic not only as a surgeon but the after care has been above and beyond. He has been by his side throughout this scary time in all our lives and he has made things easier knowing he is there for Al! Thank you - he is blessed to have to have you!

Dr. Logiudice performed a very difficult surgery on my son who was in an accident. He was kind and compassionate and saved my sons foot. I could not give a higher review for this man.

tenshorty .

This Doctor was very nice until the day of my surgery. He was very rude to me and my family. He was very rushy and VERY cocky! He performed very poorly on me and didn’t seem to care about my condition after. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy unless you don’t mind looking a disaster after surgery.

I had three separate skin skin removal surgeries due to excessive weight loss all performed by Dr LoGiudice. I could not be happier .I have amazing results and the Dr was knowledgeable, kind, and put me at ease. I highly recommend him.

I went to Dr. LoGiudice for an initial consult regarding breast reconstruction due to cancer. I will not be returning and thank god that there are other good surgeons to be found. A patient should not have to pull information out of a doctor to learn all their options and to fully understand the procedures being considered. He seemed irritated that I had done some of my own research and even more irritated that I didn't want him to just tell me what I should do. Choosing what direction to go for reconstruction is a very personal one and I did not feel that he showed any interest in trying to understand what was important to me or any interest in helping to guide me to what he felt may be in my best interest. He made me feel as if it was all way too complicated for me to be able to make my own decision. In addition, I felt taken advantage of as I was in a very vulnerable condition having a new diagnosis of cancer and my fisrt visit with a plastic surgeon. I hesitated when he asked me to drop my pants so he could examine my thighs to determine if they had enough fat to be used for autologous reconstruction. He responded that I had to if he was going to be my surgeon. As I pulled up my pants to fasten them, the PA looked away as if to try to minimize my embarrassment. This is not the way I have been treated by other physicians and truly felt violated. Dr. LoGiodice prioritized efficiency and ignored treating me as a human being instead of as a piece of meat. I believe that patients should be able to have a good surgeon who also has a decent bedside manner - not a bedside manner that actually inflicts emotional harm.

Dr. Loguidice performed reconstructive surgery after my mastectomy 3 months ago. He was very professional and informative, answering all of my questions. Although I was nervous and uneasy about the entire situation, he made me feel comfortable. I had hoped to have a flap procedure done vs. implants however I was not an ideal candidate for that. He explained why and what my options were if I wanted to pursue it. He was very thorough and easy to understand. The post op care has been very good, his staff is equally informative and attentive. I'm glad to have him handling my care.
