Wasn't a very great experience. I understand stuff could happen and need someone there just incase but if someone just leave for a few minutes and was coming back shouldn't have been a big deal especially since you have to wait for all the medication to work before starting and if something did happens to wouldn't they had to call an ambulance anyways because what is your driver going be able to do if something goes wrong and tell someone ahead of time they can't leave for a few minutes before taking someone back and don't try to get them to sign a paper afterwards stating they you need someone in the waiting room the entire time that something need sign while you filling out paper work before being seen

For staters I'm terrified of dentists. When i went to see Dr. Henderson i was amazed. The staff were so friendly upon getting back to see Dr. Henderson i explained to him about past experiences. Which weren't good. After talking with Dr. Henderson, he examined me him and his staff showed sincere compassion towards myself. I felt and knew i was in great care. I returned for my second appointment for complete extractions of my teeth. I was still amazed with the staff. I understand everyone is different. My personal experience after my persidure i didn't experience any pain or complications. I have recommended to many of my friends to come see Dr.Henderson and his staff for their dental problems. The actual surgeon himself was very abrupt and had extremly poor bedside manner for a healthcare professional. However i will say that he did a great job i had several teeth removed and i am in virtually no pain after. The girls and other staff were very sweet and they listened carefully to my concerns as i am terrified of being put under. I hardly even knew the next day that i had teeth out. However i probably made a goof of myself on the way out the door cause i was well medicated...but they reacted very well to my problems with being put under. If the doctor wasnt so short with me it would be a 5 star review...but all and all i would recommend this facility to anyone with a fear of dentiats or sedation.

Visited the office to have 8 teeth extracted. The staff was professional and welcoming. Not to mention that the oral surgeon was beyond awesome. He explained the situation and any possible risks. Most importantly, he really made me feel like that I mattered to him. I highly recommend this facility for any of your facial and dentistry needs.

Very disappointed in this business. Our daughter had to have emergency surgery at rgh and she is 6 so we missed my husband's appt. Well I called to reschedule and they wouldn't reschedule. It's very sad that one of the only dental surgeons in the area that takes our insurance will not help. No wonder people don't go to the dentist with this much trouble. The sad thing is I have worked in the dental profession. SMH

Staff was kind and courteous. I chose no sedation and extractions went smoothly with no complications after procedure. Was well informed of aftercare and properly medicated to decrease risk of infection and extreme pain. Would definitely recommend.

I was referred to this facility to take my mother for a biopsy. After several trips, with each visit ending in the same medication that she had been taking with no results, I was told....ok...if this doesn't work, we will have to do a biopsy. I said ok...that's good...because that's why we were referred here. Finally, after none of the medication worked, we were dismissed & the DR. wanted to refer us to Chapel Hill, NC. REALLY?? I can barely get her to Beckley! Anyway, a biopsy was not done and eventually her regular dentist referred her to Dr. Wise in Charleston and he is absolutely amazing! Biopsy done.....Too bad I wasn't referred to Charleston to begin with!
