Came here to get rhinoplasty and a septoplasty. Consultation and pre-op appointments were great. The surgery? Not so much....my nose looks basically the same except now I have a bump on the bridge of my nose and I cannot breathe at all. I have so much scar tissue blocking my nasal passages that I probably have to get corrective surgery. Numerous sinus complications...nothing was fixed and I spent 6k. I was told the scar tissue would go away if I massaged it. What a crock of bull! I should request a refund!

I am in my 6th session for my laser treatment so far i did not see anything change or improvement or even lighten up it looks like its getting worse darker. I don’t mind to pay too much money as long as i see any result i also paid more than $300 for just creams but none of them works. Not happy at all i have only 2 sessions left..

Dr Karen preformed Rhinoplasty on me 2 years ago and to date my nose is more crooked than it was before surgery, he kept saying it was swelling but it never changed. I do believe something went wrong...I will be looking to have it fixed by another surgeon.

My experience at this place was horrible. I had a few hair removal sessions which left me with scarring (dark spots). I complained about the results due to the spots and they said their hands were tied (as in TOO BAD) and offered nothing at all! Horrible customer service i have to say. Did i mention the cost was a total rip off? I will never go back or refer anyone to this place. My advise is, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE. Go to the city and get things done right by REAL professionals.
