Julie just did my Botox for the first time and I'm loving the results. She's very talented at getting rid of the lines and creating a nice arch of the brows at the same time (if you want one, of course) Already made my second appt with her! Reasonable prices and no pressure for other procedures like some places do. Staff is awesome to boot.

I LOVE the new look that Botox has given me! I feel so much better about myself when I look in the mirror. I had my Procerus (the area between my eyebrows) and forehead done. I had deep set wrinkles When I smiled or squinted from the sun, or just certain facial expressions I would make that had gotten progressively worse the past 2 years. That’s all I saw everytime I looked in the mirror. Now it’s smooth and when I squint, I don’t see my wrinkles anymore!! Yay

Very thorough, very professional, super accommodating, no upselling, gave me exactly what I asked for, and a very nicely decorated office I might add. I was called out of town for an emergency with my elderly mother that led to her passing away. I received a message that I had missed an appointment and there was a $125.00 missed appointment fee. I emailed the office explaining the situation and that I plan to reschedule. (I was an established patient/customer, not my first appointment) I called to schedule an appointment for a small procedure with a consultation for additional procedures. The day before the appointment, the office manager calls telling me I will have to pay $125 missed appointment fee before I can be seen. She was aware of the circumstances why the original appointment was missed, she was aware of how much I planned to spend for the scheduled appointment and how much I will be spending for the future procedures. Her only focus was getting the $125.00; she had zero compassion that my mother had passed away, and a lack of common business sense that the future amount that was going to be spent, greatly outweighed the $125.00. She kept saying this was office policy. I told her that this is her policy, as she is Dr. Bowen’s wife and that I will take my business elsewhere. I work and save to afford a few “treats” in life. I cannot support a business that only focus is making a buck and not customer service, more importantly showing a little compassion and kindness to others.

Everyone at the office was very nice. I went in for cool sculpting on my stomach. The technician placed the cups on the area around the spot I wanted ( which was in the center of my abdomen), I thought this was strange, but didn't question her since it is her job, I trusted her judgement. The cool sculpting worked. I can see a difference where the cups were placed, but since they were not placed over the area I wanted treated, I did not get the results I wanted. I feel as though I wasted 1300.00. The cool sculpting process works, just don't be afraid to question the technician on the placement of the cups. I wish I had.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bowen and his team! The moment I walked through the door I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles. Deb helped me to get checked in and then walked me back to a room for a consult. This visit was for Botox(I’ve been getting it for years) and I was a little nervous about trying someone new. Deb and I talked about what I was interested in discussing during my consult with Dr. Bowen and then gave me some background on the doctor. His background both professionally and personally sounded impressive and I couldn’t wait to meet him. When I did, he did not dissapoint! He is attentive and a great listener with a wonderful bedside manner. I explained my concerns(other than getting rid of the lines around my eyes) and Dr. Bowen created a treatment plan for me. That day I did receive Botox injections. The doctor did exactly what I wanted and his injections were spot on. I’m really happy with the results and a super big plus... I didn’t bruise! I’m so happy to have found a talented doctor and team. I already feel like part of the family and I’ll be going back for fillers really soon :))
