This review pertains to Dr Ackah. Dr. Ackah is the most thorough doctor I’ve seen since Dr. Al Paterson. You all missed the boat in not finding a way to have her as a permanent fixture in Ligonier. The fact that you have had multiple doctors since the Trimeloni family left, gives me pause, and makes me consider, for the first time in many years switching to Excela. I understand that the Ligonier office probably does not make a profit, only because there is a feeling of uncertainty among the patients. Heck, there isn’t even bottled water in the dispenser. You should also talk to the landlord about taking pride in the exterior of the building. You’ve treated the Ligonier office poorly. Dr. Ackah and the staff there are top shelf, your choice of “fill ins” has been poor. I understand that a full time doctor has been hired. Good, I will see Dr. Saloom in a month. We will see. If you are serious about the Ligonier office, prove it. Thank you for your time, I’ve been a fan of Conemaugh for a long time, I really do not want to find new docs.
