I will continue to go to his practice . All of Dr. Heils medical and administrative staff are very professional .

BEWARE Dr Heil is all smiles before you pay him for services, then gets abusive when you have complications that he is responsible for. My story is very long. In the end I'm out of pocket almost $15,000 and have nothing at all to show for. His procedures left me deformed and all he said all along was " It takes a year for healing to take place" He even blamed me, the patient for my healing. Ive had many operations in the past and this one was extremely painful. I woke up from a simple liposuction procedure with burning legs. The nurses in his own little " operating facility" were not sympathetic and my friend who met me in recovery had to ask for me to be transferred to a hospital to control the pain. only then did they give me pain meds. In the after surgery clinic visits I encountered abusive treatment from dr heil and zak, his PA and sychophant, yes-man, crony, enabler. Zak Koban is a fake who pretends to be a buddy for patients. All he is however, is a liason for Dr. Heil. Zak witnessed the dr. mock me, mimic me in an office call and then storm off only to say "I'm done" Zak has seen it before. Zak however wants his $100k per year job and the perks that go along with it including hair replacement at a discount. There was an honest and caring PA there before but she left and most likely because she witnessed abusive practices and cover ups with this facility. Dr Heil is arrogant, abusive and cocky. Hes also very egotistical. Hes very defensive and so is Zak. I spent a lot of time asking questions about lip implants before getting them. Dr Heil told me if I didn't like them, they could be removed and all would be back to normal. NO HE LIED only to line his pockets and to experiment on yet another guinea pig. They were surgically implanted crooked and affected my smile and I couldn't even whistle........ I PAID to have him remove them and a year later my lips are stiff and tight and will not heal as I have had consults with other surgeons who told me that they would never do implants and that Dr Heil will do anything because its cash up front payment. HEs simply UNETHICAL. He is fearful and has security cameras all over his office and outside the building that used to be a furniture store. He really sang a different tune once my operations were completed and the ugly results of his work surfaced. He is very insecure and knows how to sweet talk patients before operations but once the procedure is over, he sings a different tune altogether. His office and staff will cover for him. for instance, when they don't want to confront the pain and agony you were caused, you are held up in the Wednesday (complication day ) clinic room for up to an hour. THey hope that you wont return I guess. Their tactics are very premeditated. In fact they are very available to take your money but when theres a problem or many problems, they are hard to reach or phones get "disconnected" BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!! I'm extremely regretful of paying this dr for any services. My liposuction is very uneven and it looks way worse than before. He blamed me after the surgery======age, previous operations, lack of massaging, etc.....which is all bullshit. If I had issues that would yield a poor outcome, he would have mentioned it up front and refused to operate. He even told me he could fix the uneven section which is embarrassing to me and it is evident through compression leggings. He kept putting off the repair though. Postponing corrections is another tactic of his. Dr Heil doesn't have respect amongst other doctors or colleagues . In fact he has to pay to advertise. He advertises in AMerican Airlines magazines that he is one of Americas Best Surgeons.............................HA. The best surgeons or doctors never advertise. I guess he has to work extra hard to pay for expensive ads to reach people who travel NEVER EVER step foot in this office. He is unaccountable as a human being and incompetent as a surgeon. He has a huge ego, is cocky and degrading. Don't be fooled by the initial smiles. no more space..

A couple of years ago I had the fue hair transplant done with additional light therapy. After reading about this procedure later some same this is actually more traumatic than the previous 3 surgeries I had where a slice is cut from your head.I agree...the back of my head still looks the same,my hair grew from the old style surgeries.The people here we're very professional,the place immaculate,but all in all a waste of $8000.My donor hair is now too thin,so further transplantation is not an option. .

Just had my second surgery with Dr Heil and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. He is kind, compassionate, and considerate and listens to all your questions and needs. His follow-up care is excellent.

In 2015 I had a procedure done with Dr. Heil. I had a wonderful experience. I went on many consultation and even when I expressed in office that my decision was most likely going to be him, he reassured to continue looking at other doctors if you aren't 100% sold. It was great because other doctors just talked about their experience, wasn't as much patient oriented. The ladies at the front desk were always great and pleasant, explained everything perfectly. Answered the phone and addressed my questions. They were accommodating with my family considering I had 5 people waiting for me, no problems at all. I had minimal bruising, recovered faster than expected and my results were beyond my wildest dreams. * Everyone has different opinions of doctors, there were some I didn't like when I consulted but others love. Doesn't mean they are bad. Also all risks are listed in your paperwork and there can be complications with anything, it's a risk you are willing to take. Prescriptions are given to you with the preoperative instructions, it you didn't fill them in time that responsibility falls on yourself. *

This office has caused me more grief that I have patience for. CALL your insurance company to see what they billed for. STILL trying to resolve potentially FRAUDULANT billing but NOBODY from their office resolving after 3hrs of aggrivation, including a Conference call between myself, United Health Care and Premier Plastic Surgery Office Staff. Great result with surgery to remove cyst from eyelid, BUT WISH I WENT ELSEWHERE!!!

I have to say, I'm fairly disappointed with my experience here. I wanted to get a consultation about my acne scarring so I scheduled an appointment. I was very upfront with what I was looking for. Ultimately once I got there, I was told I would need to reschedule because I had to see a different person at the practice. That's frustrating because why not schedule me with that person to begin with? I was always upfront with that I needed. I had to waste half of my one limited days off from work for this. I'd hate to waste another just for another consultation. I'd recommend people be wary of this practice. The reviews are not glowing so far.

In 11 years I have had three procedures done by Dr. Heil. He is AMAZING! The results are always perfect. He only plastic surgeon I would ever go to. His education, credentials and work is very impressive. My experience with Dr., the nurses, the front desk is above and beyond. Everyone is so nice. I just had my one week post op appointment I am so so happy. He is the best! ♥️♥️♥️

I have been in many doctors offices and Dr Heil’s facility was by far the cleanest and the most welcoming. I really appreciated the fact that he personally did my consultation. I can tell he genuinely cared about the outcome of my procedure and that's important when a Dr. is working on your face. He was happy to expand on my request for a facelift to include other procedures he felt would make the result even more natural and youthful. The manner which Dr Heil and his physician assistant, Zak communicated ALL details from actual procedure to healing time was thoroughly explained. Still in the recovery stage right now, I know I will feel good about the results even more over the coming weeks. Everyone who works in the office was very professional, efficient and friendly. I have been a past patent for dermatology at Premire and found Dr Ana Busquets to be very good doctor. This year I came to Premire for a skin check and discovered the office had given my file to a different doctor - Susan McClain. I found it bothersome that no one informed me of this change and the Dr didn't address it. Dr McClain was very curt and quick with generic answers. I felt she was in a hurry to finish and leave. The entire meeting with her took less time than it took me to get into the gown. I won't be going back.

I had a mole on my forehead since birth and it started to itch and change colors. Also had some scaly, itchy areas on my ear that were bothering me. Went to the dermatologist, Dr. Busquett @ ABMS to get the areas checked out. They recommended removal of the suspicious mole and treatment for the pre-cancerous lesions on my ears (AK confirmed from biopsy). Went to their surgery center in Wexford (Premier Plastic Surgery) to have the mole removed by the plastic surgeon, Dr. Heil, since it was in the middle of my forehead. Great experience there - taken back quickly, prepped and had the procedure done under local numbing agent. Very happy with results as there is no evidence of a scar whatsoever. Regarding the AK, had a procedure with light therapy and some kind of drug that they painted on my face. The light activates the drug which kills the cancer cells. They were really good about informing me that the procedure would feel like a real bad sunburn. It did! I did a lot of research on the web before and everyone said the same thing - it's the way the drug works. They put a mini hose with cool air blowing on my face to ease the discomfort. After that they gave me the right creams and products to take care of my face while it healed. Overall, very pleased with the experience and would recommend to anyone who asked where to go.

I was completely disgusted with the scheduler Mandy! She bashed other surgeons to try and persuade me to come there! She said that the other surgeons weren't completely certified! They are the type of place who will try and get the most out of you. I asked about a breast augmentation and the price was 7200 for silicon and then for saline 6200. Others in Pittsburgh cost 5100-5500 which is the reasonable range for breast augmentations. If she would have not bashed other surgeons maybe I would of not had a problem with the price! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Dr. Heil has changed my life, completely. I had a particularly severe case of gynecomastia and let me say that this condition impacted every last part of my being. I honestly felt like I was less than a person, and it caused me to miss out on so much in life. But now that I've gotten the surgery, my chest is actually the best attribute I have. It means so much to me that I can take my shirt off at the pool, when before it was absolutely out of the question. I was so pleased with the results of this surgery that I came back here 4 years later from out of state for a tummy tuck. The results from that surgery were absolutly spectacular. I also want to say that the level of caring from Dr. Heil and his staff had been outstanding. His PA's are always so kind and they demonstrate such empathy, I don't know where I can begin to say thank you. I will never forget how much Dr. Heil gave me. The level of skill he has, the results he brings to his patients, the empathy and kindness he and his staff bring to the table - you will not find a better surgeon, in my humble opinion

Dr. Mcclain has left this practice, and I will not go back. I am now seeing Dr. McClain at her new practice, Three Rivers Dermatology in Coraopolis. This place is Ok, but it's a little odd that they practice dermatology, as it's primarily a spa place.

BEWARE ! A complete nightmare even from the start. There is something very wrong with this office. They play games with patients, they lie and have a lot of damage control to do. They refuse to give patient records which is a HIPAA Federal violation. The dr. Hides the consequences of his work , he only shows the few positive before and after photos to prospective surgical candidates .he covers up his unsuccessful operations and the many unsatisfied patients . He never tells you the details of what he does , but has you sign off a waiver of life and limb just before surgery after you've paid and are trapped. Nice sales pitch! The dr. Used words like smooth, tone, shape.......he deceives to get your trust and your financial commitment. There's even a clause on your paperwork that says no money back, so if you head into surgery and have second thoughts, too bad! He is unethical and tells his staff to cover for him...he's a coward and a narcissist What he doesn't say is that he's a downright thief and butcher . Believe his untainted google reviews. He can't remove them like other review boards that he controls . Run, don't walk away from this clown. He needs a psyche evaluation , he even packed on about 30 lbs in only a few months . He's nothing more than a liar and control freak. His staff puppets are the same . Paid to keep quiet, to bait and switch. Don't trust someone who he pays on his staff! They defend him blindly without knowing his bedside manner, results or business practices . The staff is taught to defend him, to kiss his ass , to be anti supportive of patients concerns and to sweep things under the rug Don't trust ZAC his PA, they are in bed together Heil is not reputable.! He will do procedures simply for money YOU ARE THE GUINEA PIG His operating facility keeps his internal affairs secretive He doesn't have to abide by a real hospital and their ethics HE HAS NO OVERSIGHT IN HIS OWN FACILITY AS HE CALLS ALL THE SHOTS I WOKE UP IN HORRIFIC LEG PAIN AND MY FRIEND IN MY RECOVERY ROOM ASKED THAT I BE TAKEN TO A HOSPITAL THIS EVENT WASNT EVEN DOCUMENTED ON MY PATIENT RECORDS , THE DR. IS PURE EVIL REPORT YOUR EXPERIENCE TO THE STATE BOARD/ he has a slew of complaints there, I CERTAINLY DID AFTER MY REVIEWS , dr heils staff asked me what they could do for me to remove them Oddly they were never accountable nor offered a refund--- they were only concerned about their selfish reputations AFTER THE DR KNEW HE WRONGED ME, THEY STOPPED TAKING MY CALLS AND PUT ME ON HOLD THIS IS THEIR TACTIC / UNACCOUNTABILITY AND AVOIDANCE HE ALSO BLAMES PATIENTS FOR OUTCOMES HE BETTER BE SAYING HIS PRAYERS, THERES A DEEP HOLE IN HELL WAITING FOR HIM

Just know what you're getting with this guy - after I told him I wasn't pleased, offered zero follow up - zero empathy and once again told me i was wrong. Be careful before you do anything here - they over promise and severely under deliver.

I must say, these reviews are quite interesting. The one about the liposuction on the legs and lip implants are so far off what is normally done in that practice its laughable. Every patient is given prescriptions prior to their surgery and encouraged to have them filled prior to the surgery so they can go home and take care of themselves. So to say her pain was never addressed is not true. After that negative experience why would you continue to have more work done if you didn't care for the way you were treated? And if you read your review on Citycite reviews it was your neck he messed up Mrs. gg W. Why you are trying to ruin the reputation of a fine mine and very consciencious doctor is beyond me. But you are hiding behind aliases, making up stories on different sites, and using different stories. I, however, stand behind my real name, my real photo and say that Dr. Heil has only ever displayed the utmost care to all his patients offering top notch care and giving them time to answer all their questions. When reading reviews, please take into account those who come out with their true identity and true story. My 52 year old non-wrinkled face is the work of Dr. Heil and Zak. I have received injectables there and when the time comes for any surgical procedure, I won't even consider going somewhere else. A bargain price isn't always the best deal!!!

Horrible experience all together wonderful nurses but the rest is all down hill. Took a vantage of what I wanted and that I had to pay for it and did not deliver on what I asked for. A simple nose job. He had to do it twice and still messed it up I’m left with permanent discoloration under my eyes from him and uneven nostrils. I’ve tried to reach out numerous times for it to be fixed.
