I first went there for cool sculpting they were great. Staff was wonderful. I was interested in a breast augmentation. They helped answer my questions and I decided to go for it. I was super nervous and have bad anxiety. I can't believe I went through with it. Dr. Lundeby and his staff were so helpful. They were always there to answer questions and reassure me. They replied to my calls very fast. My results are amazing. They look great. I would recommend them to anyone.

THIS OFFICE IS MYSTERIOUS! NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Needing a good cosmetic surgeon- I would do my research on and off for about a year (reading reviews is important to me). What I discovered with this particular office by checking back and fourth, any negative reviews that appeare on here are being deleted (I’m aware they dispute them with google). And their “patient real reviews” (website) is false they did not come from the real patients (please do you reaserch properly because even though all negative reviews they receive seem to be deleted shortly after, you can still find them on google). Their most ACCURATE REVIEWS is on the app called YELP (check it out). I’ve talked to several people regarding this dr. Lundoby (he performed cosmetic surgery on them) they said his work is awful he does not have an eye for any cosmetic work. They needed surgery after surgery to possibly improve his permanent mess. If you think you hate your body now you’ll love it after giving yourself into this men’s hands (he will destroy it all for you)! Stay away!

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!! Most of the positive reviews on Google, are either employees with fake names, or family/friend of theirs. Go to Yelp for accurate reviews. I've been to Shape off and on for injectables. It was strange when their last injectable nurse left without notice to their customers. I find this unprofessional, as I would like to know before hand, rather than just when I show up. The manager should have notified her customers somehow. I've allowed myself to be injected by their new nurse, but I've decided not to go back. She isn't very friendly/personable and I don't feel as comfortable as I did with Brenna. I've also noticed a lot of turnover there recently. New front desk girls, new esthetician ect..I was interested in getting Coolscultping by Kim, but when I realized it's a new girl that i've never even seen before, I became hesitant. Does she even have a certification or degree that would allow her to work with the human body that way? Why was there zero notification with this change as well? I have began to worry that their employees haven't received the proper training required to do these type of services. I have heard horror stories about the Surgery provided by Dr. Lundeby as well, which leads me to the conclusion that I will no longer return to Shape for any type of service. Go somewhere else and receive better service for your money!!

Just left Shape after the BEST experience! I was so nervous to get filler everyone says it hurts but i hardly felt a thing! I'm soooo obsessed with my lips!! Thanks Amber your the best :)

The people at Shape are very professional and personable. I am more than satisfied with the Titan and Juviderm treatments and the price is absolutely right, in fact a little less than some places. I started by giving Shape a one star review for lip injections that failed to last longer than a few months (less than 3 months). Admittedly a one star review for this reason was a bit harsh. The owner/manager responded and asked me to come speak with them about this, which I did. I also took this opportunity to get a consultation for liposuction and coolsculpting. I must say I have been an injections customer for over two years and have been in about 4-5 times for botox and fillers .I have always had a good experience with customer service and the office is nice/comfortable. I have never had a surgical operation at this business. I have had an operation (breast aug) with another doctor, whom I love. I opted to have a lipo consult here due to timing needed to get the operation and recover, which I couldn't accomplish with my beloved plastic surgeon that I trust. So, I go in for the consultation and they decide not to mention my one star review until the end of my consult. We had a brief discussion about this review and I agreed that one star was a bit harsh and that review had nothing to do with the surgeon himself. This one star review was due to the product failing to meet the expectations that were outlined by the injectionist. However, my consultation ended with an estimate for the work to be preformed and a request from Dr. Lundaby that if he does surgery on me he wants me to sign a waiver removing my ability to leave reviews on him in the future. Hmmm, this is HIGHLY concerning! I had already agreed that my review was a bit harsh and had already told him that I would elaborate on the specifics of that review. But now.....he is asking me to pay over 11k for 3 areas of liposuction and sign away my ability to speak about my experience and in turn I give him a scalpel while I am completely unconscious and he has a grudge against me.....NO!!! This consultation solidified my impression about Shape as an establishment. I have had a consultation in the past in which the doctor rubbed me the wrong way, but now he is asking me to sign a gag order and allow him to do what he wants to me under anesthesia. I do think that Carrie is very kind and she works hard to be relatable and provide customer service. The establishment is clean/neat, the front desk ladies are very nice and they always are aware enough of my confidentiality to speak quietly about my services. But I am not impressed with the doctor himself. Like I said, I have never had an operation here but honestly, I am so glad I haven't. I have heard bad things about this place but I wanted to form my own opinion. I have read bad reviews about this place but always wanted to believe this is just another bitter person trying to be a jerk. I am not trying to be a jerk, so I will give them the 3 stars that they asked me to change my review to. I think you can understand why I gave three stars considering I have had some good experiences here. But the reduced stars can be accredited to the doctor being patronizing, overpriced procedures and poor results from the fillers I got. I must also mention I had a facial here at one point and paid extra for extractions ($75) and upon completion of the facial she told me I didn't really need extractions and had only done like two. My assumption was that I wouldn't be charged for that extraction (since she said I didn't need it), but I was charged. I have also been quoted for a breast augmentation (my first consultation) and that was highly overpriced. I ended up getting the same proposed implants with the same procedure for almost 3k less than Shape quoted me. This time they are proposing 5k for the first area of lipo (mind you that includes both thighs) and an additional $3100 for each additional area. My surgeon (he is a nationally awarded surgeon) in Seattle only charges $2295 for the first area and $1255 for each additional area (but charges per thigh). Which is still cheaper than Shape by over $700. I was told they would adjust my surgery for the failed lip injection but I am reluctant to do business here.

The front desk staff is great. The botox injections questionable. I've had prior forehead, eye, etc. injections (not at this facility) that have turned out great, however my recent experience here caused my eyelids to droop and hood my eyes. I went in for a follow up and was told it was because my face "can't handle the amount of product used and in the future we'll have to inject less". Then I was charged for the "correction" of more botox to attempt to counter the mishap. Through reasearch I learned this is typically injector related and has nothing to do with my face or it's ability to handle certain amounts of Botox. Given I've not had the eyelid droop in the past I was skeptical about what I was being told. I have had two experiences here and have not been thrilled either time with the results/quality of Botox. I had a lip filler scheduled that I canceled and am shopping for new options.

I have been going to shape off and on for the past few years. I have only received Botox from them and they have always filled the syringe with Botox in the room until last time. Makes me believe maybe the Botox was watered down this last time. I was injected with 32 or 33 units on April 30th and not even 3 months later it’s gone. Every time I get Botox at shape or other places it last 5 plus months with less botox injected at times. I am really disappointed because I have really enjoyed going to shape in the past. Not sure I am willing to waste another $300 plus for it wear off with in 2 months.

OMG, Dr. Lundeby has changed my life forever! I had a lower body lift, Fleur de Lis tummy tuck, extended arm lift and breast lift. After losing over 100lbs I had a lot of skin to remove and he did it beautifully. Not only is he a wizard in the OR, but he's genuine and kind and no nonsense all at the same time. He's not going to lie and tell you that everything will be perfect but he gives a very clear and exciting picture of the expected outcome and it was exactly as he said it should be. Everyone I encountered on the phone and in person were professional and helpful and just plain great. I can never truly express my gratitude to Dr. Lundeby and Shape for helping me complete my transition to the person I always knew I was inside. Since my surgeries, I have run into a really surprising amount of people who have also gone to Dr. Lundeby and every single person had the same amazing experience as I did so well done to him and his team! If there was a fan club I would totally join.

Completely satisfied with each visit I had with the Shape team. Had a breast augmentations with one sided lift done. I’m currently recovering. But, I have faith my chest will turn out wonderful in the upcoming months. Such a cool experience & I hope to come back next year for a different procedure.

I've been debating whether or not to make a review, I finally decided to Because I am extremely disappointed. I got Juvederm in my lips This last Spring, I didn't feel like it was placed correctly or smoothed out the way they should have been. They were lumpy in different areas even my friends noticed and made comments about needing to get them fixed! I had made an appointment to do so. The day of my appointment I was running late I called them to let them know where I was (keep in mind I live in a different town It takes me a little over an hour to get to shape) I let them know I told them we could reschedule if needed and was apologetic they said no go ahead and come on in So I did when I got there they made it seem that I could be seen I waited in the lobby and they said itd be a little bit so I ended up waiting for awhile. Finally they said they could not see me!! This is why I called!!! I drove an hour after calling because they told me for sure I could be seen! I Take full credit that I should not have been late to an appointment, but this is why I called before my appointment to let them know and to make other arrangements, I certainly wouldnt have drove in to waste anyones time!! I was ok with rescheduling! Anyway.... I purchased a tube of juvederm for almost $700 because I was told it will last longer than the other brands... a year to a year and a half I'm not even 6 months out and my lips are not full whatsoever. The lumps and basically everything are gone! I guess I shouldn't complain because at least my lips are not lumpy anymore! Just dissatisfied all around. Not worth it!

Extremely nice and honest. Was turned down twice because I didn't need what I asked for. The doctor said he could take my momey, but it would be a waste because I don't need a facelift. I tried again a year later, same answer. He was very honest when he could of just booked me and get paid. He was very kind and I appreciate his honest way of running his practice.
