I usually go to MedSpas for botox but I haven't been happy with the results and I've tried many. I found Seattle Plastic Surgery Center on Google looking for Botox Specials. They have the best pricing when using their Nurse Injectors and they are AMAZING! I use less botox now and have way better results for much longer. The staff is wonderful and it's just a great experience!

I have struggled with my weight for years even with eating well and working out. I couldn't stand my love handles anymore so I decided to see my options. I found Dr. Jonov at Seattle Plastic Surgery had great reviews so I scheduled a consultation. The staff was so warm and caring and Dr. Jonov showed me before and after pictures and gave me real expectations. He was able to perform liposuction without a tummy tuck and my love handles are finally GONE! Highly recommend!

From my home in Idaho I sought out 'the best plastic surgeon' ... Dr. Grenley in Seattle, WA was overwhelmingly recommended. My experience with his staff, from the onset and throughout, was so overwhelmingly professional, sincere, and caring - I (seriously) found myself optimistic that the end-result of my surgery would be half as good as how I was treated on the front side. I am now typing this deserved review six weeks post-surgery: every single aspect of my Grenley-journey was, without question, the very best medical experience I have had. And, I've had a few. *My results are FABULOUS and in no way could I be happier or more impressed.

Dr. Craig Jonov did a Mastectomy (breast lift) and silicone augmentation on me and ive never seen such beautiful work. I did about 6 months of research watching videos, researching pictures, checking reviews looking for a surgeon and I definitely found the best! I had a few suggestions but in the end I let him do exactly what he thought was best for what I wanted and he knew exactly what to do. I don't have one regret and I feel I got what I paid for and then some.

If I could give them a zero I would. When we first called them, everything seemed good. I wanted to get laser hair removal for my daughter for multiple areas. During the first call, prices seemed decent so we made an appointment for sometime in the next few weeks. Typically, so that no time would be wasted, all the paper work is filled out beforehand, so we called again to ask them to email it to us a couple days before. However, we had to call the next day and another day after that asking them about the email, which they still hadn’t sent. At that point the appointment was the next day, but then they started acting like we were a new customer even though they had given us a code. They started giving us more expensive prices even though everything was already set. Not only that, they wouldn’t listen to anything we had to say and didn’t seem to understand that we knew what we had to pay and basically treated us like idiots. Customer service was terrible and I’m glad we cancelled everything.

Go here if you're looking for great service and very warm staff! I had some botox done for my brow and forehead and OMG...it was the best choice ever. Thank you Dr. Jonov!!! You all rock!

I absolutely love Dr. Grenley and his staff. From Leslie at the Front Desk, Maria handling finances, Eileen Dr. Grenley's nurse who held my hand before lights out during surgery. They are such a fun, professional, caring, compassionate team. They work closely and cohesively together, are incredibly patient and always prompt in returning my calls, emails and answering questions. I love that they are all perfectionists (I am too) yet very personable.I love them all and am so glad I chose to have my surgery with Dr. Grenley and his team. I could not be more pleased!

Perfectionist—That would be the first word that I would use to describe Dr. Grenley. And, I’m so thankful for that. He performed an abdominoplasty with a fascia repair and a breast augmentation on me about 6 weeks apart based on his recommendation. I’m 52 year’s old and I’ve been wanting to do this for 10 years, but was afraid of having an “elective” surgery with such young children. Both surgeries went very well. Professional—that’s the second word that I would use to describe Dr. Grenley. Oh my gosh, so professional. He doesn’t rush in consultations or examinations or surgery. He explains everything slowly and thoroughly in terms that a non-medical person can understand. He can read minds too, it seems… Caring—he really made me feel like I was his only patient and he was there to get me to where I wanted to be (as long as it was reasonable and safe). He didn’t hesitate to let me know if I was heading in the wrong direction for my body size/type. He was very realistic and polite about everything. Looking back, I was pretty ignorant about the process. I just knew that I had to go to Dr. Grenley based on recommendations from a good friend and an R.N. Thankfully, I listened to them. Describing wanting a “flat stomach” was easy compared to describing what I wanted my new breasts to look like. I felt so pressured to do a good job describing what I wanted (but I feared that I hadn’t—even up until getting on the operating table). But, you know what? He listened, understood and most importantly delivered EXACTLY what I wanted! I’m not sure another doctor would have done that good of a job listening or operating and giving me what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with my results; I wanted a better body, but one for a 52 year old, not a 20 year old. Having said that, I don’t think I look like I have a 52 year old body; modestly, I’d say I have a 30 year old looking body! Dr. Grenley’s office and surgical staff is more like a family than anything else; at least, that’s how I felt I was treated. They are as professional, kind and caring as the doctor. They understand the process from beginning to end and the emotions—anxiety, fear, excitement (and more excitement). They can answer any question that you throw at them; and boy, did I ask a lot (thanks Leslie for all of your answers)! It’s only been a few months and I’m thrilled with my results, even though they say that they’ll get even better. I can’t even imagine that! In closing, words cannot adequately express my deep, deep appreciation for all that Dr. Grenley has given me back. I feel confident again and most importantly, I feel comfortable in my body—because it’s what it used to look like (which is exactly what I wanted).
