I’ve been a patient of Dr. Baxter since 2001 My first surgery was. BA and I flew from Japan to receive this procedure. ( home is Seattle) but I was living abroad. That is how much I trust him and his staff for excellent work! My 2nd procedure was to increase the size of my BA 7 years later and to switch from saline to silicone... again I traveled to see him. This time, I flew in from Colorado. He always suggests how long I should stay and what I should expect from recovery, and he is always spot on! My most recent (3rd surgery) was just in October of 2017. (I again flew in from Colorado as that is where I now reside) My surgery was a full TT with lipo on other areas. Again, my recovery was smooth and easy! He is a true artist and his work standards that he performs are of high excellence! I stayed for 8 days and was back on the plane to Colorado! I returned back to work (I’m a hairstylist) on the 11th day. I had no problem in doing so and felt great! I’m sure I will see Dr. B again one day for something else... I will not see any one else! He is simply and truly THE BEST! What I love most about him also is that his demeanor is humble, a soft spoken doctor that has no arrogance. Being the best and having this character is just that much more superb! Thank you Dr. B and staff for transforming so many of us to bring out the best :-)

Dr. Baxter did my tummy tuck. It is amazing!! Im now considering breast enhancement. He and his team were very reassuring the entire time. I was very nervous about the drains. The nurse took them out while we chatted and I never knew. I highly reccommend Dr. Baxter and his staff!

The purpose of this review is not to bash Dr Baxter or any of his staff, but to help better inform people who may be considering a facelift surgery performed by him, or any surgeon. I'm a 37 year old woman who chose to have a facelift to improve my overall sad looking appearance when my face was resting, and to lessen my deep frown lines which were causing red cracked skin at the corners of my mouth. Fillers were discussed, but I thought I would have a better overall result from a facelift, and he agreed to proceed with the surgery. The two big problems I have now, are that I've been experiencing symptoms of post concussive syndrome, following the IV sedation surgery. I get headaches every day, feel very tired, have vertigo, and feel like I'm in a daze a lot, for almost two months now. I had informed them of my history of head injuries, but I was never warned, not verbally or on paper, that I may be at an increased risk of having post concussive problems following the surgery. If you have a history of concussions or any brain injury, this could possibly happen to you as well. The other big problem I now have as a result of the surgery, is that I still cannot open my mouth nearly as wide, to get my dental problems fixed. Dr Baxter had made a rude and somewhat threatening comment to me at my last appointment when I addressed this concern with him. He said "your dentist can force your mouth open, they can get in there." I told him this would be painful assault. I believe this complication is due to the type of facelift Dr Baxter performed, called a SMAS plication mid face lift, where a section of underlying muscle layer tissue is removed, the edges are joined together, and then some skin along the hairline is also removed. If you have a smaller face and bone structure or are on the younger side for having a facelift surgery, this could possibly happen to you as well. I don't know, maybe plastic surgeons don't like to fully inform people because they don't want to scare them away from having the procedure. Maybe the resulting loss of income for them would be greater than any amount they would have to put out in the form of settlements. My opinion anyway. But if you have a history of lots of dental problems and brain injury problems, be very careful about this decision. Also, because of the tightness of the skin and SMAS layer, smiling for more than a few seconds, especially smiling bigger has become increasingly painful in my brain, and causes me to feel slow and spaced out, making it difficult to simply talk to people sometimes. It's nice to take some comfort in knowing that you don't look angry or depressed anymore when your face is resting, but a facelift could have long term adverse effects on your ability to laugh and smile without feeling slow and getting frequent headaches. Be careful, just because you sign a piece of paper that says "the essential information necessary to make an informed decision has been given to me", does not guarantee that you were actually fully informed. There are so many factors to consider, each varying somewhat with a person's history and physiology. Because of this, I wish I would have gone to a different surgeon who would have better informed me, and refused to do the surgery. Tissue has been removed, things cannot be undone. Be extremely careful when considering this surgery. As far as the appearance of the surgery, my expectations were met, and I told him I'm happy with how my face looks. One of the scars by my hairline didn't come out how Dr Baxter said it would, the incision was made in front of the tragus close to the edge, not behind it. The earlobe scar looks kind of bunched and folded over compared to the other side, but overall it's a relatively minor thing and doesnt hurt. The staff were all generally friendly. I hope this information will be helpful to anyone who is considering a facelift surgery.

Dr Baxter and his team professionally and wisely guided me with my plastic surgery decisions. And I had FUN at every appointment!! They gently guided me away from something that I thought I wanted and into something that better suits me and looks better on my body. I couldn't be more happy with my results! From the first appointment to surgery to the last appointment- they have made this experience wonderful and something I look forward to doing again in the distant future! Thank you Dr Baxter and team!

Had some work done 18 years ago. A life and Augm. I did my research and he was one of the best. The Benelli lift was fairly new. I'm still very pleased with the results. I did have a couple of glitches. Typically we have one bigger than the other. Well the surgery was to compensate for that. He accidently got them backwards. So in any case he corrected it with no charge and I only paid for the anesthesia. The only thing I didn't like was that my ariola was so much bigger than before. Not sure why. Twenty years later I have returned to him for my fillers, etc. because I trust a plastic surgeon over a clinic. I hope to get a Bleph as I become older.

Such a great atmosphere. Dr. Baxter is amazing at what he does. I had Otoplasty surgery done and the results were increadible. He really is an artist! I was even awake for my surgery and the staff and Dr were all great company through the whole thing. I even could say I had a great time during the procedure! Definitely a great place and great work overall.
