I would highly recommend Dr. Young and his team. The team is professional and great to work with. Dr. Young provided me exactly what I was asking for, which was to remove my excess chins, lift my neck a bit, freshen up my eyelids, yet keep my face looking my age. It’s only been two and half months since my surgery, and there are no scars to be seen. When I run into people who haven’t seen me in a while and they didn’t know I had the surgery, they notice something different about me and that I look good, but they can’t figure out what it is. I am very happy with my new look. Now that my face looks slimmer, it’s even inspired me to lose the extra 15 pounds I’de been carrying around. Prior to the surgery, it did not matter what I weighed, my face always made me look heavier than I actually was, especially in photos. Now I feel my face and body match. I won’t lie, the first few weeks after the surgery I wondered what the hell had I gotten myself into, but after a month, that feeling subsided and now I wonder why I didn’t do it sooner. If you are looking for some work to be done to please yourself, and no one else, and you would like a doctor that listens and is meticulous about his/her work and takes pride in a happy patient, Dr.Young is an excellent choice.

I've had a busted nose for years, mostly due to boxing from an early age, my nose was broken multiple times and eventually the additive damage got too much for me. I cringed looking at myself in any picture with a bright flash -- it exposing how bad my nose had gotten. My case was more complicated than most, Dr. Young had to transplant cartilage from one side to the other -- where it was completely smashed from years of damage -- my surgery taking 8.5 hours. The recovery was a breeze. A 3/10 on the pain scale when I woke up and only getting better thereafter. Dr. Young was very responsive over text messaging whenever I had questions come up throughout the recovery. Once the gauze was out of my nose on day 2 the post operative care was just an inconvenience at worst. The nose remained rather swollen for several week but by day 10 was already looking better than the not-swollen but crooked nose I had before. As predicted by Dr. Young it only got better from there over the next several months. Dr. Young and his team did an outstanding job. I'm one year removed from the operation with all swelling subsided and I don't remember my nose being this straight -- ever. Admittedly I had this done for aesthetic reasons but I find there is a noticeable difference in my breathing as well. I never knew how bad it was before. Pulling the trigger on this was probably one of the best decisions I have made in the last ten years. Dr Young changed my day-to-day life for the better and not by a little. I literally wouldn't change a thing about the result. Masterfully done Dr Young.

Wonderful, caring doc and staff. Dr Young himself is almost obsessive/compulsive about his patient's satisfaction. He de-Dumbo'd my ears and I love the result: I am way less self-conscious about them which, in turn, allows me to focus more intently in public on the task at hand.

When I approached Dr. Young about an otoplasty on my earlobes that I had enlarged to 1 and 1/4" he was immediately attentive and compassionate. He took the time to listen to the history of my earlobes and the process' I went through to expand my them and conceal them. His attention to detail allowed him to troubleshoot my case. He examined my ears thoroughly and took into consideration factors that would challenge the restoration of my ears' anatomical integrity. One major challenge was the lack of tissue - a result of my removing tissue to expand my lobes. Dr. Young discussed all of the challenges involved. He offered me a comprehensive treatment plan. That plan addressed everything from the actual surgery process, to ear and facial feature proportions, to aftercare, to long term scar treatment. Three years later I am back in Dr. Young's clinic to begin a laser scar treatment. Though the scarring from the initial surgery and healing process was minimal, Dr. Young is determined to give me the best end result possible. Several years later he has followed through with the comprehensive treatment plan. My ears are proportionate to my face, scarring is minimal, and people who never knew I had enlarged lobes are surprised to learn the story because they cannot see any evidence of an otoplasty. I have also received Botox/Dysport and microdermabrasion from Dr. Young following my otoplasty. With the Botox he was especially concerned with achieving a balance between ridding my forehead of furrow lines and maintaining a natural expression.

I was really nervous since it was on my lip and if I were to get “botched” the face is kind of the worst place to have that happen. Dr. Young assured me I would be fine and I was! Personable, knowledgeable, professional and fun describe Dr. Young and Aesthetic Facial Clinic to a "T! I had broken my nose numerous times growing up (rough and tumble athletic life), and was self-conscious of how bent it was. Not very girly! I sent Dr. Young some pictures for an estimate on costs and suggestions to procedures. What immediately sold me, he was the only surgeon to call me the next day after receiving them and speak to me directly - how great is that? After reviewing his website and being completely impressed with his published papers and experience (in particular with transgender people and crooked noses) I was ready for the in-person assessment. Long story short, I agreed to the process and bought into his ideas of symmetrical beauty and what I needed. He was always very sweet with a big smile and a calming lovely demeanor. And the end result?! It is all I had hoped. A complicated situation easily rectified with his skilled hands. Gifted. The one negative, which I've spoken with him about, he is so busy and sometimes gets caught in surgery for longer than expected that he is not always spot on with his appointments. Nature of the beast, I suppose, but he has assured me it is on his radar to imporove. And the staff? LOVED them. I went to Dr. Young because he was recommended highly by a friend who was very pleased with his transformation of her "turkey neck."I looked carefully at Dr. Young's website and noted his confidence as he performed procedures on camera, as well as saw the before and after photos of his great results with many procedures. I was looking older and that was discouraging to me as I felt I have so much yet to do in my life. I wanted to look in the mirror and see a younger, more vital, prettier me. I previously had my double eyelid surgery in Korea and the right eyelid came undone unfortunately so I went to Dr. Young to see if he could re-do it. I chose Dr. Young because I had a reconstructive nose job that was going to be really challenging and during our initial meeting, he laid out all of the potential risks while also showing me how he could make my very unattractive, not well functioning nose more functional and more attractive with the limited tissue he had to work with. He was practical, personable and clearly knew what he was doing. I appreciated that he took so much time "morphing" me a new nose to review. After the surgery, I experienced amazing after-care. The nursing team, Julie, and Dr. Young were amazing. They really want you to look good, feel good and be happy with your results. My case was fairly intense. I had tissue harvested from both of my ears to help rebuild by nose, so I was in the office quit a bit after my procedure. They really wanted to make sure there was no infection and that everything was healing properly. I've never experienced after-care to that degree. If you choose Dr. Young, expect to play a huge role in your healing and recovery. There is a lot of work involved in making sure you heal well, and they make sure you do the work! Great team, comfortable environment, Dr Young is exceptional. I'm so pleased. Thank you!

I had a mole removal above my lip via laser and there is absolutely no scar, no trace of any kind. Being in the beauty industry myself, I can attest Dr. Young’s incredible eye for aesthetics. Dr young performed Lip lift procedure on me. My procedure went great. I went under IV sedation . Everything was smooth and good. I came to the office for a consultation on under eye dark circles, while talking to Dr Young he noticed that I had a bad burn on my hand. Dr Young immediately notified a nurse to assist me on cleaning and care of this wound,. Needless to say I went back and had the injections under my eyes. Went back to work and all the gals, including my negative sister, said I looked 10 years younger. Since that service I purchased the Laser package and got a free service. The girls even gave me another free service for having to change my appointment. I HAVE NEVER HAD A DOCTOR DO THAT!!! I have had a chin implant 25 years ago which still looks great so I am definitely going to continue with Dr Young and his office in considering some other procedures. Don't be afraid or feel you don't deserve to take care of your face. You do and Dr Young's office will take good care of you.

I must say I blame myself for even going through with the surgery after the way his staff treated me. Also now that I realize he never even thanked me for the service and the fact that I paid 5,000 up front before he even did anything. I never got a thank you and he didn’t even finish his job. I will post pictures of what he did and I still have to go look for another doctor to finish his job while I’m waiting for court so I can get some money back to help pay for the next doctor. Dr Young is not just a incompetent at what he was doing but also very rude. He told me I look good to him and even after I told him that I didn’t like it. All he needed to do was put a little more fat in my face because I got punched by me previous boyfriend and now I’m going through depression and suicidal anxiety because I hate looking at myself and I really thought that I had found the solution. I really miss people who do their job for the purpose not the money because he didn’t do what I paid for and on top asked me to pay again for him to finish. Please no one go to him. I hope the next doctor helps me want to live again because Dr Young is the reason why I lost hope. Still trying to find someone to help me now because some people never get enough and don’t care about others just about their pocket.

Went to Dr. Young to help correct some asymmetry I had with my jawline and it was completely worth it. Skilled, reliable, accommodating and most importantly, understanding. I really felt like he listened to my concerns even though I wasn't exactly able to effectively relay them.

I had Rhinoplasty and Fat Transfer to my upper lip and the results are truly amazing. The staff is really nice and Dr. Young is very precise and passionate about his work. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better result. My nose used to make me look grumpy and didn't really fit my face at all but now it is a perfectly natural looking cute sloped button nose. He also perfectly refined the tip and it all looks so great. The Fat Transfer also came out wonderful, my lips look and feel completley natural and I get compliments all the time but it doesn't look fake like with lip fillers. All in all I highly recommend him and his staff, they are all very caring and make sure you're getting exactly what you want. The aftercare was also really great and they kept an eye on me all the time and monitored my progress consistently. Rhinoplasty really isn't an easy surgery to do and to find a doctor that listened to what I wanted and was willing to do whatever it took was surprisingly difficult. Also the fat Transfer is hard to find a doctor that does it, let alone a doctor that can achieve such good results.

My experience with Dr. Young and his staff was excellent. I had a blephaloplasty (eyelid lift) and from the 1st consult all the way through the follow-up care, the entire experience was great. I was educated about what to expect, my options, etc.- then Dr. Young took great care with the procedure. The results were better than I expected. My eyes look younger and more alert- but not "surprised" or overly-done. His staff has been so nice to work with too. The care is very personal and this is not the kind of office with too many patients scheduled at one time (which I've experienced elsewhere). HI GUYS, I just had fat transfer done on my under eyes and cheeks with Dr. Young about a month ago, and I LOVE my results. I'm 25 years old and I had deep and dark hallows under my eyes that made me look tired all the time. So while everyone told me that I was too young to get anything done and that it's not safe to do fat transfer, I believed in Dr. Young and his talent after I saw him and all his patient's beautiful before and after photos . Dr. Young and his staff are super sweet, friendly, and honest. At my consultation Dr. Young told me that it would look more natural for me to add a small amount of volume to my cheeks as well, and I'm so glad I listened to him. He also told me that the fat transfer will help with the skin tone but will not make the darkness go away completely. Now with more volume on my cheeks and under eyes I see my face look more round than square, more feminine, and healthier looking. And this is all I wanted in first place. the only thing is that my skin is still little dark around my eyes, the fat transfer helped %100 with the hollows, and helped some with the skin darkness, just like Dr. Young said. I would totally do this all over again, this was a life changing experience THANK YOU DR. YOUNG. I can't stop taking selfies :):):)

Dr. Young is a CARING SURGEON with GIFTED SKILLS. He has helped me be my "BEST SELF". I look natural and refreshed. Many people think I'm 10-15 year younger than my true age. I have always been self-conscious about the width of the bone across the middle of my nose. I also had an unattractive bulbous tip at the end of my nose. Consequently, I had been reluctant to have my picture taken. I visited several plastic surgeons and they told me that there was very little they could do about those issues. One plastic surgeon told me that my nose looked like it belonged on a man's face. Even with those doors closing, I continued to do further research to find a solution to my problem. I read some excellent reviews about Dr. Young. As I visited the photo gallery on the Aesthetic Plastic Facial Surgery website, I saw that he was able to help people with my concerns. Additionally, he has excellent credentials. With my photograph, he graphically showed me what my nose would look like after surgery and he was completely accurate. I now have a slim and delicate looking nose with a beautiful tip. Photographs of me have improved markedly and my nose looks very natural. Dr. Young has an excellent support staff and they were always supportive every step of the way. Dr. Philip Young is very professional and personable. He is a highly skilled surgeon. He was able to achieve results that were beyond what the other plastic surgeons could attain.

Check his credentials on the Washington State Department of Health and see that he is "PENDING" an enforcement action due to many complaints and serious damages. Philip Young is the most horrible, unprofessional, poorly skilled surgeon I have ever known, and he is the biggest liar I have ever met. Doing my ear surgery (Otoplasty) with him was the biggest mistake of my life, and the stupidest decision I have ever taken. I wish I could pay all the money I have to fix what he did to me, but unfortunately, he damaged my ear to a point where my options now are very limited. I consulted this surgeon for a very simple case Otoplasty that I thought my case was very basic that any surgeon could do it. I was TOTALLY wrong. Even though he kept telling me that he was very experienced with it, wrote a book about it, and had no doubts that he was going to do an "Excellent job", and Even though I told him many times during the consultation, pre-op, and the operation day that my case only needed a stitch technique, and that I didn’t want any skin or cartilage removed under any circumstances, he still did it anyway, and ended up removing a lot of cartilage and skin causing a severe setback in my ear. As that was not enough, he literally stitched parts of my ear to my head in a way that no one can possibly imagine. Two weeks later, I developed an infection in the areas where he stitched my ear to my head. Philip Young did not seem to realize this fact even though I followed up with him many times after the procedure. He actually barely looked at my ear during these follow ups and kept telling me that it was normal and needed more time to heal. Luckily, I was so worried about it that I consulted an ENT specialist who could not believe his eyes seeing how my ear is stitched to my head, and noticed the infection right away and told me that I needed another surgery as soon as possible to treat the infection and its cause (I have documents proving that). Otherwise, the infection would have increased and ended up destroying what is left of my ear. Now, I am desperately looking for surgeons who can fix these damages, but the options I have are very limited, and all the surgeries that I can possibly do are much much more complicated than the original surgery, and will not give me what I have lost. I was a very social, outgoing individual. This surgery destroyed my life. I don't go out as often now, my social life is completely ruined, and I don't leave my house without a hat on. You guys can learn from this and not suffer the way I am suffering now. If you have any doubts about this review, or you think that I am exaggerating, then take your time and read all other reviews about him on this website and other websites such as (Yelp, ratemds, ripoffreport, complaintsboard and so on...). Also check his credentials on the Washington State Department of Health and see that he is "PENDING" an enforcement action and has many very scary complaints. My advice to all of you is that DON'T even think it to do anything with him even if he was the last surgeon on Earth, and RUN AWAY as fast as you can if you come close to his office.

I'm in my late early fifties, so I'm definitely getting older. I can't believe time has gone by so fast. I felt like I was just in my 30's not too long ago. I've been concerned with my aging but it really started to hit me once I turned 40. I felt like I'm been carded up until my 40's. But then I started to really feel people knew I'm longer young. I started to do fillers in my 40's and that kept me going. But I was sick of doing fillers all the time. So then I started to look into some more permanent fixes. I was really scared of too much surgery. I've seen people look like they've been worked on. So I was trying to figure out a way that I could look better with something not too surgical or risky. It wasn't really painful at all but there was some bruising and swelling but I knew that going in so I was prepared. My skin is soo much better too. Be prepared for the recovery. I was and for me it was totally worth it.

I was born with a very deviated septum which had always made it difficult to breath, and a bulbous tip that I wanted to be a bit more narrow. During my consultation with Dr. Young, he gave some great recommendations of what would work best for my face and used digital software to give me a preview of how I would look after the procedure. It has now been about 4 months post op and the results are very close to what he promised. I can breath better and Dr. Young found a great balance to the position and size of my nose. I am very happy with the end results. The entire staff is courteous and attentive and they always have time if I have questions, concerns, or if I need a follow up appointment. Dr. Young was my choice of surgeon after much research. Aside from his years of experience and education, he has a logical theory on facial beauty and has an artists eye of how to help anyone look better and feel better about themselves. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
