Dr. Nichols is really a saint! I had a breast reduction and was completely satisfied with my results! I'm wearing shirts and bra's I never could have dreamed of wearing! Not to mention I don't have to wear a bra! I literally cried when I bought my first bra since my surgery! When you have large breasts you can't just pick a bra off the shelf, but I finally can!!!!! I asked for him to keep me in the double D cup size range and he was spot on! I have and will always recommend Franciscan Plastic Surgery on Ruston Way to everyone I know! If I wasn't so modest I would show everyone my breast reduction, that's how proud I am of them! Thank you Dr. Nichols for changing my life!

When Franciscan closed down their injection/spa services, they neglected to contact ALL of their clients to let them know that they needed to use the remaining products they had stored otherwise they would be DISCARDED with no reimbursement! They can claim all that they want that they called all their respective clients, but I never received a call nor did any of the people I referred so I know that is not true. Nichols and Cohen have also left so any good reviews based on them are now irrelevant. Not a good look to do this to current customers who could in turn come to your business later down the road for a bigger procedure. Do not go here!

I’m a chronic migraine sufferers and I went to Franciscan twice for Botox. 40 units of Botox twice. It lasted 3 weeks both times. Alll the times I’ve had 40 units, my Botox lasted almost or 3 months. Obviously inferior or diluted product. I never went back for Botox. I also bought a full syringe of filler, used almost half, rest was required to be stored there. No call, mail, notice that they were stopping this service. No refund on open product that they require it’s left there and no notice to stop the service? Clients are just ripped off. If your looking for a trusted plastic surgeon, go to Dr. Craig Jonov. You can TRUST him and he provides full service. If this practice screws their clients over a few hundred dollars.....how can you trust them to do a plastic surgery procedure on you?

Dr. Cohen has been such a blessing! He worked with my breast cancer surgeon from the beginning to plan the best possible outcome, saving much of my breast after my mastectomy. I have a lot of preferences, and Dr. Cohen continuously develops and improves on our plan, adapting to my needs as necessary. I never feel rushed. He carefully listens to my questions, and he gives me detailed answers. He has always treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism. I don't know how I could've made it through without him.

So, I had a procedure done in November 2016-just got a bill this week August 2018 for an additional 980.00...NO EOB was or could be given to me! I have NOT TALKED or even been told I had an outstanding balance until now!!! It’s only an estimate your given and what you pay up front “in full” is NOT what your bill will be!!!

Dr. Cohen is amazing! He is professional and takes time with his patients to make sure they feel comfortable and well informed about the process. He is a perfectionist (the hospital nurses let me know this as well, he has a great reputation) and he is invested in his patients well being. He makes sure he calls to check in during recovery and is present for post op appointments. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
