Doctor Welk is an intelligent, gifted and honest doctor. I first asked if I should have a face lift, he didn’t want just make money from e like some doctors would do, he said I didn’t need it. My tummy was a bad shape so I had a tummy tuck with him. He was so professional, kind and caring which made me feel comfortable and stress free for the surgery. He also spending a lot of time answering questions during the my recovery time at home. I am very happy with the result. He was the most wonderful doctor whom I ever met in my life. I recommend him to everyone who wants a great plastic surgery in the good hands plus a good heart!

A serious perfectionist, incredibly efficient and an excellent communicator. Dr Welk doesn't mince words and goes for bat for his patients. My insurance denied at first and required a peer to peer review. You know he came back from vacation and it was the first thing he did his first day back?! That's love. This man is an artist. I love my reduction and lift!! I see lots of pics on real self and on support groups on FB and they don't look nearly as pristine as my beautiful rack from Dr Welk! PS he was referred to me by a nurse I had for an unrelated procedure. You know he's good if he's who the hospital folks go to!

Dr. Welk couldn't have been more caring about making sure I got connected with the best oncologist for the best possible results. He personally spent additional time helping me battle the insurance company for which I am forever grateful. After the reconstruction scars fully heal, it will be difficult to tell I had a double mastectomy. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Dr. Welk. A truly talented doctor.
