I have suffered for years with puffy eyes. My business requires face to face meetings and outside sales. Everyday I would receive at least one comment on 'how tired' I looked. They thought it was a sympathy comment like 'you poor tired thing', however it stung every time I heard it. I'm a little on the queasy side when it comes to medical procedures, so I kept putting off the inevitable…I finally had enough and decided to look into eye surgery. Dr. Portuese came highly recommended from one of my colleagues and I'm so glad I chose him to perform the surgery. Portuese and his staff was amazing, they put my mind at ease, explained the procedure, recovery and gave me the confidence that I needed. I had the eye surgery, what a success! I wish I would of done it sooner! It has been 6 months since my surgery and I haven't had one person comment on 'how tired I look". I look great, feel great and so happy with the results. Thank you Dr. Portuese and Staff! You guys are great!

I am absolutely THRILLED with the results of my rhinoplasty! Its been 6 months and I now love my reflection! My nose is still changing and healing but I am so happy that I found an amazing doc to fix my profile! Thank you thank you thank you Dr P and staff!

I am a physician who got a rhinoplasty by Dr. Portuese 3 months ago. I was referred to him by a patient of mine who also had this procedure who couldn't say enough positive comments about he and his staff. On my initial visit, I was extremely impressed because he was not pushy whatsoever and he took a lot of time to educate me thoroughly on this particular procedure. He told me that I would be a complex case because I have a history of 2 rhinoplasty's performed 15 years ago and I also fractured my nose several years ago as well. He was confident and he was to the point with his expectations and the outcomes. I had done a lot of research before seeing Dr. Portuese and I knew that I was seeing the absolute best. 3 months post procedure I am so pleased with the results I have noticed myself smiling bigger and more confident with my profile. He told me he was not going to give me a pixie nose, just the nose that I should have been born with. Most people can't tell I had anything done, they just say I look really good lately! The funny thing is I'm still swollen. Dr. Portuese told me it can take up to 1 year to have full healing but my nose looks spectacular now! I am somewhat of a perfectionist and I want to stress to anybody who is looking to get any cosmetic work from Dr. Portuese that he too is a perfectionist and he is an artist. I would refer friends, family, and my patients to see him and I will be seeing him in the future for any other cosmetic needs :-) I will be posting my before and after picture when I have completed the healing process. I have read all of his reviews before my procedure and I am certain that any negative reviews were not from his patients. Thank you Dr. Portuese and staff. You have sincerely changed my life. I had a revision rhinoplasty around a decade ago from Dr. portuese and my nose was left with completely different shaped nostrils, and a thick visible lumpy inner scar that shows through the outside of my nose. My nose is completely unsymmetrical and I still cry and am depressed about it a decade later. If I could post a picture on here I would. Please refer to my Yelp review. I have had thousands of dollars worth of filler painfully injected in my nose to try and correct some of the asymmetry and cortisone injections to try and get rid of the lumpy scar with minimal results. Also, since my surgery, my nose has leaked clear fluid all day every day out of the right nostril. 10 years of leakage! On top of that, Dr. P. treated me like a number on an assembly line when I asked him for a correction. He was so rude I actually got off the OR table and walked out before the correction. He was also uncomfortably touchy- feely with me. Find a different surgeon!

I had a major revision rhinoplasty surgery to correct issues from my original rhinoplasty surgery with another surgeon. My original surgery resulted in my looking worse than before the surgery. I selected Dr. Portuese after doing over one year of research. I selected Dr. Portuese to have a consultant because of his extensive knowledge and experience working on facial surgeries, especially rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty surgeries. I was extremely impressed with the consultation. We had a thorough discussion about my original surgery, what I had originally requested, and his recommendations. Dr. Portugese focused on the issue and how to get it fixed so I could achieve I nose I had originally requested. I left the consultant confident that Dr. Portuese was the correct specialist for the revision rhinoplasty. During the consultation, I found Dr. Portuese very knowledge and informative, and made the consultation a very pleasant experience. The entire process was very efficient and effective. All of his staff were very kind, friendly, and supportive. The surgery was done as Dr. Portuese had described – and the surgery was flawless! The procedure involved incisions on the inside of my nose to gain access to the bridge and nasal bones so Dr. Portugese could make the required changes. The result of the revision rhinoplasty was better than I had ever expected. I could see immediate results the first day he took off my splint a week later. There were not any visible scars on my nose because of where and how he made the incisions. The final result is that my nose has turned out to look like what I had originally requested. I am overjoyed! I am writing this testimonial for anyone who is thinking of having either a rhinoplasty or revision rhinoplasty surgery. I hope you will learn from my mistake by selecting the right surgeon the first time. I had to live with my mistake for the past few years until I found Dr. Portuese and trusted him to fix my issue. My lesson learned from my experience was to select a surgeon who has extensive knowledge in “facial” surgeries: Thus, I would have selected Dr. Portuese the first time and have saved myself a lot of pain and heartache. I cannot go back and undo what was done in the previous surgery with another surgeon, but I can share my experience with others to help them avoid similar mistakes. I want to say a huge “THANK YOU” to Dr. Portuese and his staff. He has made a tremendous impact on my life. I can look at myself now in the mirror and actually be happy and smile. THANK YOU!

Great doctor and staff. Took time to explain procedure options and did not force any decisions. Everyone was professional and accommodating. Wonderful experience and results!

HORRIBLE SURGEON. All these reviews were from the doctor himself. The only poor review pretty much sums up my experience with Dr. Portuese. I too had a botched rhinoplasty and was left with a nose that looks bumps and dented. The worst part of it all is that I went in for a septoplasty which was supposed to help improve my breathing and now i'm left with one nostril that allows airflow. Not only that I was left with an open roof. I wasn't treated poorly at the office, however I felt like a piece of bacon in a meat packing facility. My surgery was just one of a million and he did NOT take his time on me. I was also thrown out of the recovery very quickly. I went back to him for a post surgery checkup and he reccomended that I get a small surgery to fix the dent in my nose. Now obviously he did not want to tell me that I was left with an open roof and that I can't breath out of both sides of my nostrils. Why would I go for a revision surgery with a doctor that can't get it done right the first time?

I feel this was a very mediocre work all around. Then they wanted me to come back for a correction. Wasn't I there for that in the first place? I never went back. It's been a long time and I still feel the exact same way.

I went to Dr. P to correct a broken nose and an under-developed chin. Dr. P performed a rhinoplasty to fix the break, a septoplasty to fix my deviated septum, a turbinate reduction, and a chin implant. I am very pleased with my results. I can't remember the last time I could breathe this well. The cosmetic work looks better than I could imagine. He truly is an artist. I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a good plastic surgeon who can deliver results.

I am writing one of the most honest reviews you will read in regards to Dr. Portuese. I had sinus surgery, removal of bone spurs and Rhinoplasty surgery in early 2013. The results were unsatisfactory from the beginning. My nose was longer, my breathing was extremely limited and the tip of my nose was asymmetrical and pointing down. Extremely unattractive. Dr. Portuese agreed to go in one year later for a small fee to repair my nose. After surgery he made the comment" well you have a very difficult nose,." Not really stating why he had such a hard time achieving desirable results. Still my nose was elongated, pointed down and extremely asymmetrical. I literally had no cartilage left and pieces of cartilage were floating around unattached in my nasal cavity. Because of these changes and my inability to breath, I was unable to hike, water ski, snow ski etc...my lungs would literally burn from intense activity. So 3 years later I had my 3rd sinus surgery and Rhinoplasty Revision. I researched and found one of the top MD's in the country to fix this problem. I traveled all the way to Salt Lake City, Utah from Eastern Washington State and have been in the entrusted hands of an incredible highly skilled Plastic surgeon and Sculptor, Dr, Grant R. Fairbanks. My surgery took 9 hours, 2 physicians (Dr. Fairbanks son, a well known and respected plastic surgeon assisted as well) and one assistant to repair my nose. Dr. Fairbanks insisted that I would need to spend the night in the hospital as part of my recovery. They removed cartilage from my left rib to repair my nose and placed the remaining cartilage behind my right ear in case they need to operate again for what Dr. Fairbanks calls "a slight adjustment." This was a major surgery but I can already tell you 13 days post-op I have no swelling. I can finally breathe again and my lungs are adjusting to the humidity that was needed from my blocked nasal turbines. My after care has been incredible. I started with a plaster splint and am still wearing a splint for protection and to insure a pleasurable outcome from this final revision. I literally cried when he took off my splint after surgery. I finally resembled my old self again and I am so grateful for my final attempt of getting this right. Dr Portuese surgical reports on my two prior surgeries were "check boxes and hand drawn drawings." Inadequate at best. Personally. I liked Dr. Portuese and his staff. I just feel he is rushed and is inadequate with difficult cases and many times "he is over his head in regards to revisions and difficult cases. He made the same comment to me as others have mentioned above about my nose on follow-up "what's wrong, I think if looks good." My current surgeon had a completely different opinion and was serious about repairing it not only for physical reasons but for cosmetic reasons as well. He literally said "you have a pretty face and your nose does not match your face." It felt so good to be finally validated by a true professional in his field. Do your research. It's not worth the money or down time when it's not done correctly the first time. I feel compelled to write this honest review. surgery and Rhinoplasty. My first surgery was in 2013. Dr Portuese did my rhinoplasty almost 4 years ago and i couldn't be happier! He was very professional and polite from the beginning. What i appreciate most is how down to earth he is. He did an amazing job and i would reccomend him to anyone! Do yourself a favor and at least schedule a consultation.

I had revision rhinoplasty done by Dr Portuese in June 2014 (1,5 year ago). I am unhappy with the outcome of this surgery. The result is not as promised and not looking good at all. I had depression and I have not been working for many months now. I wasn't feeling like going out or talking to people. I haven't seen my family. I trusted in Dr Portuese's best intention to make my nose beautiful because of his 25 years of experience, very good online reviews and his high self confidence. However the result of the surgery tells me that Dr Portuese either does not have quite the right skills or sense of beauty or both. Dr Portuguese wouldn't admit his job is looking bad even though another surgeon suggested to correct what should have already been corrected, and even though a friend tells me that it was looking better before that revision. During the first follow up appointment I could not stop myself from crying for a long time, and Dr Portuese's assistant was trying to make me feel better and told me that my emotional state is temporary and I am going to feel better soon and that she had plastic surgeries done by Dr Portuese which left her unable to breath and depressed for a long time and she had to undergo corrective surgeries to be happy with the final result. One of Dr Portuese's advises was to not to look in the mirror for a year until you can undergo another correction, in case the result is not as expected. Dr Portuese highlighted that at this stage he is only interested to see if there is no infection. Few weeks back I asked Dr Portuese to return the money I spend on this surgery without asking for any compensation. Dr Portuese would tell me off not comining for multiple follow up appointments (which was due to the distance) but I don't believe this has anything to do with the final result. Dr Portuese asked me to come to see him (I haven't seen him as yet because of the distance) and would agree to do another revision to correct issues, but would not agree to return the money (in case you want to go for a better specialist). Before surgery, Dr Portuese's assistant would find excuses to not to email you your simulation photo, e.g. because she didn't save, but she could have done the simulation again, couldn't she? During the day of surgery, Dr Portuese's assistant would call you and make you sign the papers while standing by the reception desk, at about the time the surgery was planned to start, giving you impression you are about to go, while after you have signed the documents, she would send you to sit at the reception and wait there for the next 15 minutes.

60 and you’d never know it! I was recommended to Dr. Portuese by another plastic surgeon’s office! The nurse said, “If I was going to get a neck/lower face lift, I’d go to someone who only does faces.” So no breast augmenting, tummy tucks, and fat-sucking sculpting here. Dr. Portuese inspired confidence upon our initial consultation. I looked no further. He’s personable and informative, and he doesn’t rush you out of his office as if his time is more important than yours. Additionally, his staff was warm and engaging, and most of all, reassuring. Since I didn’t seek consultation from other surgeon’s, I can’t comment on cost comparisons, except only to say, I thought his charges were surprisingly reasonable for such procedures. I had concerns about lose skin under my eyes that he recommended we not correct with surgery, but with laser treatments, and possibly fillers and Botox. He was right. I did all three and now it is a nonissue. Thus, his approach seems to be more on the conservative side, which I appreciated to maintain a natural look. Have you ever seen a woman’s face altered by plastic surgery that looked like it had been shrink-wrapped? But back to my procedure: I had significant bruising (I probably exacerbated it by taking an Advil PM too soon after the procedure which was a non no) under my chin for nearly a month, and swelling primarily at the jawline and ears that had noticeably reduced in about that length of time, as well. Now, after 4 ½ months, Dr. Portuese’s assessment is/was that I am now only showing some 5-10% swelling. The recovery was longer than I had expected but the results have far outweighed the downtime, which really only kept me indoors for about three weeks. There is still some tightness and numbness where the incisions were made, which by the way, are completely invisible, this is true, except for one small incision beneath my chin. I never did ask Dr. Portuese if his hands were insured, but if they’re not, they should be. My experience was wonderful, no more turkey neck, no more baggy jowls. We achieved our objective. My only regret is that I did not give Dr. Portuese a thank-you hug after our final follow-up as I had the terrific lovely ladies in the office.

I'm really satisfied with the results, I feel like it was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Dr. Portuese knows what he's doing, he was so confident the first day when I met him, and that's how I knew I'm in good hands. The whole experience was really easy and straight forward. I was expecting to have a lot of pain after surgery but everything went really smooth. I went back to work after 10 days. The results exceeded my expectations! My nose looks so natural and straight, no one can ever tell that I had a surgery. I honestly would recommend Dr. Portuese to everyone, it worth the risk and every penny.

The doctor did an upper bleph for me. He left a scar near my left eye that was additional to the required incisions. I contacted his office and he blew off my concerns. He was aloof and did not really have a bedside manner: I def would not recommend and he has scared me from even having further enhancement surgery:

I had rhinoplasty performed a little over a year ago. I liked the results at first, but as my nose healed I noticed that the bridge was EXTREMELY scooped and feels/ looks bumpy and jagged. I had a fairly straight nose before, I just wanted to refine it, and now I have to go in for injections to fix the ski-jump look - eventually I will need to look into a revision. I am giving two stars instead of one because the Surgical staff (not the office staff) were very kind. Otherwise, I would not recommend this surgeon. He does not listen, is pompous, and treats every rhinoplasty the same.

Still disgusted 13+ years later every time I look in the mirror and look at my horrible nose that you did. I would have been better off with my original nose. It’s finally good to see true reviews from others that you messed up their surgery instead of seeing phony reviews praising your work. I’m still devestated at the botched job on a once straight and bumpless nose. It was just a little too wide and long. Now there are caves and ridges. So far from symmetrical. Left and right profile looks like two completely different people. Bulbous on one side and the tip looks like it’s protruding on the other side. Follow ups were you just shrugging responsibility and quoting the low percentage of touch ups you had to do. Duh becasue no one wants you touching their body again and making it worse. Slow down and think about what a person has to live with after you ruin something on their face. The money spent and the years of sadness that follows is just horrible. You had no guilt of empathy for me and I’m sure you have none for others who are totally unhappy with their results. If I could sue you I would. Is greed really this strong? You make so much money off of us and you don’t care once you get it and ruin someone’s face. I hope this helps anyone not use you so they don’t have to experience what I have done through for all of these years.

This was one of the best decisions I have ever made! At almost 52 years old, I hoped to wait until 55-60 to get a face lift. It seemed like my face and neck fell a little more every day, so I started doing my research. I wanted to look like me -- just a younger me -- so, having a natural look was very important to me. There was not a doubt in my mind that Dr. Portuese was the guy to do it. I was referred to him by a friend who is 70+ years old and had her lift when she was 60. If you were to guess her age, you would think late 50's. She looks amazing. When I met him and his staff, I was sold. I did my surgery the Monday of a holiday week. I know everyone is different, but in my experience, the pain was minimal (I only took pain pills for one day). It was more uncomfortable than anything. Dr. Portuese and his entire team were awesome through the process -- answering any questions and ensuring my care was top notch. The results have been AMAZING. I am so glad I did it now instead of waiting until I was older. While I certainly had sagging and wrinkles, I didn't really NEED it, so there just wasn't a dramatic change. My results look NATURAL and no one would know if I didn't tell them. When I show people my before and after pictures, they are shocked because the change was so subtle that they didn't notice -- AND that such small changes make such a huge difference! I feel like I put a retaining wall around my face that people don't see....and that holds it all together. :) A HUGE THANK YOU TO DR. PORTUESE AND HIS FANTASTIC TEAM!!!

I broke my nose in an accident and had trouble breathing out of one side. I am a health care professional and am familiar with the surgeons practicing in the area. Many of my colleagues agreed that Dr. Portuese does the best work. While I was expecting a good outcome, which I was extremely pleased with, what surprised me is the excellent staff and facilities that Dr. Portuese has assembled. Every single person I met, from front desk, to finance, nursing, techs, and anesthesia were all wonderful, kind and exceptional at their jobs. The facilities are comfortable and convenient. Thank you to Dr. Portuese and his staff for such a smooth and easy process.

Dr.Portuese is a miracle worker!!! I went in for a rhinoplasty and came out VERY satisfied it looks amazing. My nose was very big and unsuitable for my face with a bump, and now it looks like a totally different nose! It suits my face and i love it. He was very understanding and professional and knows exaclty what he is doing! His staff was very kind to me, and very flexible with me coming in since i live about .4 hours away from Seattle. I would reccomend him to anyone i need, because i know how great he is and how much he has changed my nose that changed my appearance and confidence! Great doctor. - FMM

Dr. Portuese and his staff provided exceptional service. Dr. Portuese explained what was causing my problem and exactly how he was going to fix it. His staff also helped me to make sure everything was covered by insurance and kept me updated every step of the way. On the day of the surgery everyone helped me to feel calm and in good hands. I was very well taken care of before, during and post surgery. Post surgery the nurse followed up with us throughout the next few days to ensure I was healing properly and was happy to answer all of our questions. Amazing experience and I would (and have) highly recommend Dr. Portuese to everyone.

I am absolutely thrilled with the surgical procedure Dr. Portuese performed on my nose. My nose has been broken twice and I have always been self conscious about it. My dermatologist had recommended Dr. Portuese. I found his website very helpful showing before and after pictures of the patients he performed procedures on. I have felt very welcomed by the entire staff. Everyone has been so helpful and kind. Dr. Portuese was very easy to talk to and discuss recommendations. I met with Janet to discuss fees and scheduling. She was a delight to meet with. She answered all my concerns and questions regarding pre/post op instruction, as well as my fears about the healing process. The day of my surgery I was extremely nervous, Janet, the anesthesiologist and the surgical staff put me at ease. The first check after surgery, I saw Dr. Portuese and he was genuinely delighted with my result. I am now about four months post op and I have been very pleased with my new nose. Not only is my nose straight, but I can breathe better too! I would recommend Dr. Portuese to anyone!

Highly recommend. Great experience and result.

I'm extremely happy with the experience, and the final result!!! I'm thrilled with the result....I highly recommend Dr. Portuese and his staff...they are highly professional and he is definitely an artist in the field. I had a bump on the bridge of my nose that bothered me for many years, so finally decided to take the plunge and have Rhinoplasty surgery this past July, 2016. From the first consultation I felt that Dr. Portuese really knew his art, and that was important to me. My mother and I researched several surgeons very well, and were very choosy on who we saw. We consulted with one other surgeon in Bellevue...but Dr. Portuese won our vote hands down. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and seemed to know the routine very well. I was calm the day of surgery, because of the professionalism of him and his staff. The surgery took place right on site, which is a giant plus since Dr. Portuese is a perfectionist and has total control over the sterile atmosphere, far better than the average hospital with less control. I really liked my anesthesiologist, he was on loan from Swedish Hospital, and explained everything. I wasn't afraid, because he instilled my confidence in him. The most important aspect is that my nose came out beautiful....Dr. Portuese has the hands of an artist, have no doubt. I live overseas except for the summers, so Dr. Portuese did follow up for me to make sure I would be o.k. after traveling overseas, and gave me clear instructions on what to do if I noticed any unusual changes, which has not happened and it is nearly 4 months post op. But he wanted me to email him pics if I had any questions, showing he really cared sincerely about follow up care if needed. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Portuese. I promise. Another note: his fees are quite reasonable when compared to the general price range for Rhinoplasty, especially since he is one of the best in Seattle. And a special thanks to his assistant, Janet...she was really helpful and informative, and nice!

Linda Anderson

I am so thankful to Dr. Portuese and his staff!! I had a face and neck lift in June, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the result. I spent many years being extremely self-consicous about a VERY saggy neck, inherited from my mother's side of the family. Now, even though I'm just a few weeks post-op, I can't get over how beautiful I look and feel! Technically, Dr. Portuese is extremely skilled, and communicates reasonable expectations to his patients before surgery. My results FAR surpassed my expectations. Also, his staff is amazing: Janet met with me for a long time before I scheduled my surgery and was able to describe in detail what the experience would be like, what the discomfort would be like, what the post-op activities and healing experience would be. She was spot-on with everything she told me. Pam did a thorough medical history and review prior to the surgery, and my nurses Noel and (crap, can't remember the other nurse's name - sorry honey, I was a little stoned!) - anyway, they were great and took excellent care of me. And Deb was so patient with me, since I always blink when my picture is taken - she's skilled enough we got a few where I didn't look like a drunken sailor. All of his staff are patient and helpful, even with my nervous-Nellie of a husband who called for every little thing! Anyway, enough raves...I highly recommend Dr. Portuese for facial surgery, and...NO I don't work for him!!!

Well "Jam" I have to say I'm not dr. portuese, but just a patient here giving my honest review. I had my rhinoplasty done early January and I'm very satisfied with my results. I'll start off by saying I felt the staff was very kind and patient, and he himself was very personable and understanding. I went in because my nose was very wide, and deviated, as hes mentioned "hourglass shaped" it had almost no structure at all and did not suit my face, it bothered me for years. A month after surgery and my nose is significantly more structured and better suited to my face, its the nose I went in wanting. Im amazed how much more attention ive been getting since... Not so sure if its because my confidence is higher or the fact my nose isn't the first thing people see anymore.. My friend says its a combination of both lol I just got back from his office for my one month checkup and he said my nose will only get better from this point on because swelling will continue to go down. I told him I'd be incredibly happy if the results were what I have NOW. At any rate, if you would like to see before and after pictures of my nose feel free to contact me.

As a nurse myself, I have very high expectations for the medical professionals that I seek for care, and Dr. Portuese and his entire staff surpassed all my expectations and then some. From my first consultation appointment, through procedure and follow-up every aspect of pt contact was done with 100% professionalism and care, but in a way that made you feel comfortable and important and most importantly "heard". In todays medical climate that is a hard quality to find. I am so happy that I found Doctor Portuese, he is a talented caring surgeon and I am even more thrilled with the outcome of my procedure then I thought I would be. Great experience in every way.

I called back in December to make an appointment. The day of the appointment was yesterday but I called to cancel the day before because I was out of town for an unexpected funeral and couldn't make it back in time. I left a voicemail and didn't receive a call back so I thought all was well. This morning I saw that this clinic then took $125 from my account and when I called to ask what had happened the receptionist told me that I would have had to call within 48 hours of my consultation appointment to not be charged. She was short and acted annoyed that I would ask about the charge, and told me that I had been told about the 48 hour cancellation policy when I made the appointment. I told her that I was not told about it, and she said it was their policy and there was nothing they could do. I would have liked to know that I needed to call by then, but I was not told to do so. I'm definitely not going back to this clinic and would not recommend it to others due to the rude way they treat their would-be patients.

Wow -- lots of fake reviews, likely by the doctor or one of his staff, as they hold the same structure. I can state that I was treated by Portuese in 2008. He also ran an allergy clinic near Seattle but I often wondered why, he didn't have much interest in it and didn't always show up and eventually closed it down. However, my rhinoplasty surgery gave me positive results. I'd rate it 7 out of 10. Due to a physical injury at the time, I had to have things corrected and reconstructed. Portuese offered me any nose I wanted, but I just wanted it the way it was. We achieved that, but he did over correct my deviated septum which was a result of my injury. The surgery was terribly invasive, it took closer to 2 years to fully recover from the numbness and tingling. My sinuses were dead for about 4moths or more. This is a not something one just goes out and does. You do it because either you have to, or it has an effect on your well being. Be prepared to be miserable for months afterwards.

Cynthia Bogue

I had a severe deviated septum and a probably broken nose. I could not breathe out of my right nostril. I consulted a couple of different surgeons first before choosing one. I wanted to also have fat removed from my neck at the same time, but Dr. Portuese said absolutely not due to my sleep apnea. Another surgeon had said that would be fine. I feel Dr. Portuese was very safety conscious and so I chose him. I had the septum corrected and a chin implant put in. I also asked Dr. Portuese to make my nose look smaller and softer from the side. He did exactly what I asked, and I feel so much more confident now! I used to be so self conscious because my nose looked sharp from the side, and now it is so soft and pretty. The nose surgery was a cinch, other than the bruising. The chin implant was more painful, but very worth it. My profile looks so much better now, wow, what a difference!! I would highly recommend Dr. Portuese and his staff.
