My wife went here for a consultation. The consultation went really well with Dr.Rostami. She refured her to do a sculptura and TCA pill for the eyes, which was a big mistake because she has olive skin. She told her the recovering was going to be 1 week but she didn't heal till 2 months later. My wife was so depressed. When she went back and told her what happen, Dr.Roarami said "well it's because you have Olive skin color." which she should have known from the beginning! For the sculptura she didn't see any difference on her face. When she showed the before and after pictures, she referred her to do something else which means she had to pay more money. She already spent 4500$ and wanted her to spend more with something she isn't already happy with. She does NOT know what she is doing and I wouldnt refer anyone to EVER come here! I'm still paying for something I'm not happy with and they refuse to give me half of my money back.

First time there and I’ll be back. I have been getting treatments at a place closer to home. I decided to do my lips which I have never done. Dr. Naz was amazing. I was so scared and she was very reassuring. The numbing cream was great and she told me what she was doing every step of the way. My lips look AMAZING!!! I have had so many procedures in the past couple of years with them and I have been happy with all the results! You can grow old gracefully!!! I recommend Profound and E-two treatments. Definitely rejuvenated the skin on my face, neck and under-eyes!! Don’t trust anyone else with your skin care.

Surgery was scheduled for 7:30am which means we arrived 30 mins earlier to ensure any paperwork could be completed and we could get settled. Their front desk girl decided to arrive and open the doors at 7:22. I consider this to be unprofessional and somewhat surprising given the location of this operation. There was no apology for showing up late or any concern for us having to wait outside. Recommendation: if you tell a patient their surgery is scheduled for 7:30, don’t show up 8 mins before and offer them coffee when they were explicitly told to not drink any liquids beforehand. Not a good first impression from this place.

This was my first time going to Sanctuary. My regular aesthetician was booked and I had a break out. I called specifically asking if they could treat break-outs which the answer was "yes". The aesthetician said that breakouts can't be treated (despite my success with my regular aesthetician). I explained that my aesthetician always made my skin look better afterwards and that the treatment promoted healing. I was told Sanctuary didn't have the equipment that my other place did. She said she could still help...however after 45 minutes and wrapping up the session I had to ask if she was even going to "spot treat" the problem area. She said "oh yeah" but looked and they were out of the products....either lazy or unprofessional.... $300 for this entire waste of time and with mixed information and a bad attitude!!!! I do NOT recommend getting a facial at this place...EVER.

I am seeing Souzan for laser hair removal (lower legs; bikini line; and, next time, upper lip) and permanent make up on my lips. She is SO kind and patient (and has BEAUTIFUL lips on which she did permanent make up herself, so she's a living example of her own artistry!).The laser hair removal is quick and painless. At my free consultation, she immediately knew based on my hair texture that I will need 3 sessions, and after the first session gave me very specific instructions on avoiding sun and how long to wait between sessions. I'm also going to have her do laser on my broken facial capillaries. Now, my lips: Before Souzan, I had probably had at least FIFTEEN permanent make up procedures with FOUR different people to correct a scar line. My lips have been turned orange, purple, and brown, and twice the procedure was color removal (needling the lips without color to dig up the unappealing color). Enter Saint Souzan, who at my free consultation designed a color just for me and drew it on in exactly the shape she planned for the actual procedure to ensure no surprise. She kept notes on how many drops of this and that color she mixed to ensure the same color at the procedure. She also made sure I knew that this would take more than one session. At the first session, she basically drew me a new lip shape to disguise the scar. She is the FIRST permanent make up artist (and she IS an ARTIST) to LISTEN to what bothered me about my lip and CORRECT the scar, whereas all the previous people simply kept going over (and therefore emphasized) the scar line and focused only on color. They all REFUSED to go above my scarred lipline to CORRECT the SHAPE. Souzan is the ONLY one to make my mouth have a natural shape instead of a crooked upper lip with one side lower than the other. Her pricing is also the LOWEST I've ever paid!! I look forward to continuing toward the finished result with dear Souzan. Already I look and feel so much better simply by having a correct, natural mouth shape for the first time in decades. Thank you, Souzan!--Sarah Curtin

What I should have noticed before is that this doctors office does not have pictures on their website of before and after of lip injections. That should have been a red flag but I went with the fact that over all they had great reviews it was in a great location I was shopping for a new doctor and wanted to give them a try. Went in the office is beautiful everyone is extremely nice but this is why I gave them a 2 star. I have had my lips done before and it was that time to have them redone. I knew exactly what I wanted I showed pictures to the consultant she stated hold off and show them to the doctor. She quoted me one price then the doctor came in spoke to her went over everything again she stated to achieve to look I wanted to had to get the level up no problem it was a little bit more money o was okay with that because I asked more then few times are you sure this is how they are going to look when your done. Of course I was told yes absolutely. Went did the injections asked her when she was done are they going to look like this again she stated yes the swelling will happen the next day. Very true but after that a week later it didn’t look like I had anything done so I had some left made my follow went back waited over 1 hr past my appointment time. Went back explained my concerns she injected me with what I had left and wanted me to buy more that was not the conversation we had in the beginning. I paid $400 more here for my visit then anywhere’s else because I wanted results and I expected for the doctor to be upfront with me and that didn’t happen. So I am back on a mission to find a honest upfront doctor.

I've done a lot of procedures here with both Dr. Rostami and Naz - Botox, Dysport, lip fillers, and under eye fillers with Restylane and Juvederm. I've had lasers, facials and peels by both Amanda and Souzan. Sanctuary is my secret resource of go-to beauty experts! Souzan did my eyebrow microblading (semi-permanent makeup) recently and I am so happy! She took the time to draw it before hand and match colors. She undid a botched filler procedure is had in November from a general Plastic Surgeon. You wouldn’t have an elbow doc fix your ankle....just sayin.

Dr. Rostami was fabulous. She is double board certified and an eye specialist. She is the doctor you want to go see for the tear trough filler! I traveled from Maryland to Virginia because I wanted the best doctor who can do this procedure in her sleep. My husband even commented on how younger I looked. I slept on my back, as the instructions directed and I woke up this morning thinking I was going to see bruising and there was none. Excellent experience. I had two syringes of filler.

Sanctuary Cosmetic is absolutely beautiful. The entire experience feels like going to a high-end spa. The waiting area is just fabulous with a drink menu and treats although I was not able to partake because I was having sedation. Everything about Sanctuary lives up to the name. The anesthesiologist even looks like a model. The entire staff and physicians treated me as though I was the only patient they had for the day. I felt like a princess. They went out of their way to make me comfortable. When my daughter had a difficult time finding the appropriate elevator they actually rode down with her in the to make sure she found her car so she could pick me up. Of course Dr. Naz and Mel are beyond comparison in their capabilities. I trust them 100% with my face. Dr. Naz puts a lot of thought into exactly what she is going to do before each procedure and then discusses it in depth with her patients so that everyone is on the same page. I will never let any other surgeon touch my face. I have recommended many other women to this practice and I stand by that completely.
