Dr. Zemmel and his entire staff have been so helpful and welcoming. They explained everything in a way I would understand and calmed my fears over everything. Any questions I had, they had answers and ensured I never left the office not being 100% happy. Dr Zemmel and his staff were extremely supportive of my surgery and my life choices. I was able to build personal relationships with Megan and Kerrie, who you will most likely see at each check up after surgery and Megan before. His office has more of a family and friends felling as opposed to a professional feeling when it comes to staff members so you will always feel welcomed and enjoy it each visit. My FTM top (DI) surgery results are absolutely amazing. I was a 36DD, with a slim body and had concerns about dog ears and excess skin. No dog ears were left and all skin that should have been removed is gone. My scars from incisions are extremely thin and not thick as you see from some surgeons. My nipple placement is pretty much where you would see on a cis male. Both areolas were cut to match the size of a cis male and aside from the two incision scars you would not know I had DD breast. I am extremely happy and proud of my chest is only expected to get better with time. I highly recommend him and his team. I could not have made a better choice.

Dr. Zemmel is top notch! He initially did breast reconstruction following a bilateral mastectomy due to breast cancer. Because he did such a wonderful job, I was able to make that transition more easily concerning body image issues. More recently he has treated me for other medical issues and the results were the same. He and his staff are consistently professional and caring. I would recommend Dr. Zemmel hands down. I also have coworkers that have used his services and have been highly satisfied with him and his staff. I feel like he has given me new life with his surgical skill and support.
