Dr. Guarda and her staff are the epitome of professionalism coupled with quality and professional health care. Dr. Guarda is a perfectionist who aims to establish a high degree excellence in all that she does. I was very pleased with my results, the post-operative care has been phenomenal, and all of my answers and concerns are always addressed. In addition to that, my results are fantastic. I was extremely disappointed with Dr. Guarda. She did not greet me with any sort of warmth. I felt like I was a speed bump in her day. I went in with a serious concern about a bump on my nose. She checked it in 5 mins and said it was "nothing" she offered no follow up on a required MRI, she never gave me any options, which was why I went to her in the first place over a dermatologist. It appears that perhaps she didn't like my military insurance and assumed I couldn't afford her services. I was entirely disgusted. If you are not wearing name brands and carrying a large wallet I'd avoid this place like the plague. I went elsewhere and happily paid out of pocket!

I have never been to a doctor's office where the entire staff is as caring and friendly. Dr Guardia is amazing. Very caring and wants to answer all your questions. My surgery went extremely well. I'm very pleased with my results. Thank you to all the staff.

I love Dr. Helena.. She immediately notice me when I walk in. She did a wonderful job on my breast reduction and her staff is the best.. Beth and the rest are very friendly and they will do everything in there power to make sure your comfortable and will not rush you into anything your not comfortable nor understanding! I'm so hype and ready for my second surgery!!!

Went to speak to Dr. Guarda today for a mommy makeover consultation. Before meeting with her I watched two videos that coincided with the surgeries that I was interested in just to give me some insight and afterwards I met with the doctor and I was able to ask questions. She answered EVERY question throughly. I never felted rushed and her office staff is amazing!!

My Personal Opinion: Very unprofessional office, from the staff to especially the "Dr." and I use that term loosely. She had the personality of a robot, acted clueless when you asked her about procedures, showed no confidence in her ability to help. I was looking for a professional physician and this place TO ME PERSONALLY, came across as a cosmetic counter located in a department store, they seem to only be interested in providing over priced creams and temporary solutions (such as fillers that will make you a "return" CUSTOMER, not patient.) I also personally felt as though there was a language barrier blocking full communication, which did not make me feel confident whatsoever. I had a consultation with an excellent physician a month later who informed me he had heard the same opinion of this practice numerous times. To me this was confirmation that I wasn't expecting more than I received. Disclaimer: The above is ONLY my PERSONAL opinion and is 100% true and accurate pertaining to ME.

She's as authentic as they come. Dr Guarda is very comfortable in her profession. She carefully explains, listens and demonstrates during the consultation. I NEVER felt rushed at all. The entire team at the office are very professional and accommodating. I'm so excited that Google found Dr Guarda for me!!

I have been a patient here for years and I love Dr. Guarda and the staff! Not only does Dr. Guarda not try to push treatments on you she will tell you the truth about whether you need it or not. In addition to this the staff is LOVELY!! They have gon above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion. I highly recommend going here.

Because I had breast cancer I got a double mastectomy with nipple saving. Well she cut right through my nipple. My breast are two different sizes with the implants. The implants move downward when I move my arms and my breast are sagging A LOT. It has only been 3 months. And she said that there was nothing that she could do. Thank God I got a second opinion.

I went to see Dr. Guarda to schedule surgery for breast cancer. At the initial visit , She walked in and never introduced herself to me or my husband, she was very cold. She hardly looked at me while talking to either me or my Husband. On my 2nd Visit, I tried to give her the benefit of doubt but felt the exact same way as my 1st visit. I made the decision at that time I did not want her doing my surgery because if you can't look at your patient you must have an issue and I did not want her feeling obligated to do surgery on me. I am a nurse and I have worked with a lot of doctors and I have never felt the way she made me feel. If you choose to have her do your surgery judge for yourself and good luck!
