I had a brazilian butt lift done by Dr. Heppe and I'm extremely pleased with the results! My husband was skeptical about the procedure because I had very little fat to work with. Dr. Heppe performed a miracle and I got the butt of my dreams! And I was able to prove my husband wrong which is always a plus :) The staff is wonderful and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I would recommend this office to everyone!

July 9, 2017. 2 stars I went to Dr Heppe wanting to have my encapsulated size D left breast implant and my size D right breast implant which went under my arm repaired and reduced to a size full C. Dr. Heppe took my case and operated on my breasts and did a encapsulating and encapsuloraphy and mastopexy. It took about 6 months or so and I noticed that the Right breast was back under my arm and the implant was so much smaller than the left you could hardy find it. I was so upset. I would have thought if my desire to have smaller breasts was unreasonable he should have told me I should stay a D so my skin wouldn't make my breasts so weird looking. I went back to Dr. Heppe asking him why the right breast was so small and he said he could inflate it but when I asked him why the pocket was big again he said he could go in and try again. Now I know that plastic surgery is not an exact science; I'm an RN. But when I saw Dr. Heppe he said it was going to cost me almost the same as the first surgery which was $10,000. I was completely blown away that he didn't offer to do his surgery for free as he was the person that ruined them. So would I go back??? Only if Dr Heppe would do his part of the surgery for free and I would pay for the operating room. I think this is only fair as I am a long standing and devoted patient of his and Plastic Surgery Services. I am truly upset. I have been through a lot of ugly back and neck surgeries in my life and my breasts were the one thing thing I could look at and smile and now I can't even do that. :((

I cannot recommend Dr Heppe and his entire office staff enough if you are in the market for a breast lift and implants procedure. I actually chose to go to him for my surgery despite the fact that it is a long drive for me because he came highly recommended by several women I know who had also had a positive experience with their breast surgeries. My surgery was July 19. I was back in the gym (half weight and half reps, but still) on Aug 1. My healing process has been very fast, undoubtedly due to his expertise and precision. I am now just over a month post op, and am nearly back to full strength in the gym. I love my results - he did exactly what I wanted, no going way bigger in the OR like some horror stories you hear. He asked me lots of questions to make sure we were always on the same page, and he and his entire staff have made me feel safe and cared for the entire time I’ve been working with them. He is big on the post op visits, which is important! He cares about making sure your results are on point! Thank you so much, Dr Heppe, and PSSF!!

Dr. Heppe and his staff are a great group of people. The whole procedure went smoothly from the consultation to the surgery to the post-op care. Dr. Heppe himself is very professional. It is obvious that he has been doing this a long time. There isn't too much hand holding or coddling. Some people may be turned off by that. I personally appreciate it. His staff is thorough and genuine. Highly recommended!

Dr. Heppe and his staff are wonderful...it is more than a doctor's office, they make you feel like part of the family. Had a face/throat/eye lift earlier this year and scheduled for a Tummy Tuck in September...followed by a couple more procedures!

I couldn't been more pleased with the services I received here. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER (Dr. Heppe, office staff, nurses, and OR staff) was such a pleasure. Always polite and willing to assist with anything. There surgery suite is very calm and relaxing,(helps if your nervous like I was). My procedure came out much better than I thought. Dr. Heppe is the BEST, AWESOME WORK. This the place to go if your wanting services.

I would not recommend this office for any procedures. Dr. B was okay. Anesthesiologist was awesome. The nurses are pretty horrible especially the short haired one. When I went in for my pre-op appt. I guess the nurse didn't agree with a certain way I had opted to have my surgery done and asked me "why." I found it completely out of line and none of her business. I was also unhappy with the post op care (hardly any) and got the feeling that they really didn't care about what I wanted out of the surgery. I wish I had gone elsewhere and didn't waste my money. I was disappointed and unhappy with the end result of the procedure :(

Priya is amazing. I had two scars my whole Life and she was able to take them away with filler. I'm so pleased and in awe of the difference. She also did my eyes and Botox Her services are worth it and affordable. I'm astonished that my scars are gone. Highly recommended.

I would like to give a 5 star rating to Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg. I recently had a full tummy tuck surgery. My surgeon was Dr. Heppe he was very professional and provided great customer service. He explained the surgery both pre and post operation procedures. He explained what I should expect after the surgery. His staff was very friendly and genuinely cared about me during this process. This is my first time having any plastic surgery. I am a African American Female in my early 40s. I have two children and have gained and lost weight over the years. I could not get rid of that mommy pouch and excess belly fat with exercising. I am a Army veteran and I thought I could do more and more cardio to lose the belly fat. Well that was not the case, and that is when I decided on plastic surgery. My results are excellent thanks to Dr. Heppe. I am 4 weeks post OP and I look great. If you ever want to look great and feel better about yourself please choose plastic surgery services of Fredericksburg.. They are afforable and you will be happy with your results.

Dr. Heppe did a amazing job on my tummy tuck on April 18, 2018! I am so glad he was my surgeon. Dr. Heppe and his staff really took care of me the entire time. My results are outstanding! I have 9 year old twins and I could never get my stomach back to it's original shape, but Dr. Heppe sure did! I am so glad I had the procedure done.

I don't recommended Dr. Heppe to anyone really. I went in for a lip injection consultation and showed a pic of my desired look. Immediately he said it wasn't going to look like that which was fine but instead of talking to be and getting me to a plan to reach my goal or one that would look better he just kinda stood there like I can give you one syringe.. I said will that make them noticably plumper, he says idk depends it will improve it that's for sure that's all he kept saying... he was very nonchalant. Seemed like he could care less about satisfaction at all. After it's all said and done I said I'd wait and think (not going to him ever again) he charged me 80$ for a 5 minute convo. not to mention my apt was at 1:45 and wasn't even seen till 2:20.

Dr. Heppe is absolutely AMAZING. And to say he stands by his work is an understatement. He will make sure you are fully informed and comfortable going in and coming out of the procedure. And take care of any needs after. His staff is also the best of the best. Super friendly and happy to be as accommodating as possible. No one else will be touching me for anything cosmetic. Knowledgeable, professional and Friendly are just a few words which describe the staff at Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg. It’s easy to write “great staff” in a review and not elaborate, but that’s not helpful so here it goes. . . I had a tummy tuck about 2 weeks ago and the results are amazing. What is also amazing is the care and personal attention I received from the nurses and other staff members prior to and after my surgery. Before my surgery, I had the usual pre-surgery checks (bloodwork and EKG) for a person my age. I was leaving to stay a week with my grandsons in Yuma, AZ and would be coming back the week prior to my surgery. I had the required tests done a few days before I left. While I was waiting to board my flight to Yuma, Elizabeth, who is a nurse at Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg and who works closely with Dr. Heppe called and let me know that the results from my EKG were slightly off and I would have to have a doctor’s clearance for my surgery. Well, I do have an orthopedic surgeon and a plastic surgeon, but not a cardiologist and told her so. As I’m sure you know, the time it takes to get to see a doctor as a new patient is painfully long. Elizabeth said that she would try to see what could be done on PSSF’s end and would get back to me. I boarded my flight, had a short layover in Phoenix at which time Elizabeth called me with the news that an appointment had been set up for me to see a cardiologist the Monday following my return. I was so relieved and yes, I was cleared for the surgery. During this time, I was waiting for a payment to post with the financing company I wanted to use for my surgery. A 10- day hold had been placed on my payment and funds wouldn’t be released until that time due to “money laundering laws.” Dana who helps patients navigate the financial labyrinth of elective surgery came up with the solution of printing out all the necessary paper work before I went to Yuma (including my authorizations to do so) so when my funds were released, payment could be made immediately and my surgery would not be delayed. Above are just a couple of examples of the nurses and staff members of Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg going above and beyond for a patient. I always leave Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg with the sense that I am a valued patient and lately, with a sore stomach from laughing.

I was nervous starting my process with what I needed done, from the very first day I walked in I was welcomed by his front desk team who were very nice, everything explained well, Dana helped get my insurance company to approve my surgery and Harold Bautista is the best doctor/surgeon I have ever met, he is so nice, understanding and listens to you!!! During surgery day I was a nervous wreck and they made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I'd give them 10 stars.

Very unhappy with the lack of post op care. I don't really feel like they care about the pain you're in. 11 days post op from tummy tuck & lipo. I didn't ask Dr for pain meds. Just told him I was still hurting & have been woken up from pain the last 3 mornings at 4am. He said my bowels sounded quiet (even though we discussed they are working). He said I'll give u a work note for the rest of the week. I don't want you on pain meds just because they slow your bowels down. Take alleve! I didn't say anything but O.k. I was shocked that 11 day post op I'm telling my surgeon I'm in pain & he's telling me to take alleve. I can't even get out of bed! I left there feeling like Dr Heppe wasn't concerned about my recovery or how I was feeling. I paid over 8k & I think he figures his job is done. If you're looking for a compassionate surgeon then don't see him. It's pretty disappointing too. I was told prior to surgery that the staff was there & they would be there for anything I needed. I have 3 people who wanted to get work done but definitely won't be referring them to him. God forbid they have any complications or are in pain. My incision looks good so no complications per Dr Heppe. Pretty much in a nut shell, suck it up! Wish I would have researched surgeons a little more before spending over $8k on 1 who obviously doesn't have much compassion!

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Aflaki on a few procedures. He always makes me feel extra safe in they way he explains things and reviews options. On my latest request the reconstruction was due to pain. Not only did he inform me my insurance may pay for the procedure, he got approval from Tricare in less than 2 weeks! You will never know how excited I was how he got my procedure done so quick. From office consultation, insurance approval to actual procure, it took less than 21 day! I still have some swelling and bruising but I can already tell my results exceed my expectations. I am so happy with Dr. Aflaki’s work. I highly recommend him.

Best doctor in the DMV area! My mom went to him 5 years ago and recommended him to me. He did not disappoint!!! He's very kind, explains everything thoroughly, and sees me at every appointment versus just a nurse or pa. Everyone that has went to him that I know has had the same experience, not to mention the prices are unbeatable! My breast augmentation was only $5000-$5100 with everything included. I work in DC and the plastic surgeons there are practically double the price! Thank you Dr Heppe for everything!!!!
