The entire staff was friendly and professional. I had surgery performed back in 04/2015 by Dr. Alexander Mcarthur. He was wonderful through the entire process. The beginning, the surgery, the end and the follow up! I would recommend this practice to anyone. They are all board certified. This place exceeds exceptional customer service and hospitality. Dr Z fixed my daughter's ear lobe after an accident split it when she was 5. At 11 you can't even see the scar. I totally recommend him!

I had a mini lower face lift done by Dr. Lofgren. He is by far the most skilled doctor I've come across. I've seen other doctors in the past, and they don't compare to Dr. Lufgren. I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome of this procedure. If anyone is thinking about any procedures, consider the Plastic Surgery Center of Hampton Roads and Dr. Lofgren.

Dr. Pace is a great and honest surgeon. I’d recommend him to anyone needing hand surgery. I had a really complicated surgery and after meeting with a few hand surgeons I was referred here, I don’t think I would’ve gotten close to as good results anywhere else. They take their time with you and don’t make you feel silly asking questions even if you’ve already asked them 10 times lol.

I'm 8 days post opp from a mommy makeover with Dr. Z. and I can not speak highly enough about him and his staff! I am in love with my new flat stomach. I teared up a little the first time I took the binder off and got to see the results. On top of fantastic results, Dr. Z. and his staff were wonderful to work with, from consultation, surgery and follow up appointments. I would recommend him to anyone considering this procedure!

This is my second dealing with plastic surgery (the first was in Destin, FL). This experience was far better. The building is extremely clean and relaxing. The staff at PSCHR is so understanding and welcoming, it really helps to calm the nerves. I saw Dr. McArther and could not be happier. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood what would work better for my body type. The biggest difference I saw between the two facilities that I went to was that PSCHR actually takes the time AFTER the surgery to check on your progress and even went as far as to send me flowers! With other businesses, they usually just forget you as soon as they get the money from you. I will be getting any further treatments through PSCHR and will definitely be recommending them!

DR. BLANCHARD IS THE WAY TO GO: I am currently a Registered Nurse in a hospital and I help Dr. Blanchard recover his patients when needed. Through out the years have watched his patients recover and they did a amazing job. He is precise at what he does and he care about the ending results for the patient. I have since decided to have Dr. Blanchard do my Tummy Tuck because how precise he is with the surgery and adults. I look fabulous I could not have done it on my own. The results were amazing, no dog ears or problems with the surgery. I encourage anyone thinking about having surgery at the Plastic Surgery Center (especially the Tummy Tuck) you can't go wrong with Dr. Blanchard and trust me you will have no regrets ( I know I don't). DR. BLANCHARD IS THE WAY TO GO!!!

Fantastic service from start to, well, there is no end to the service, they will always be available to me in the future if I have any questions or concerns. I feel like I am a client for life, even if I do not have any other procedures. Every member of staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. My surgeon was Dr Zwicklbauer and I am extremely happy with the result he has given me. If you are considering surgery to enhance to correct something, call this place for a consult, ask for DR Z and you will not need to go anywhere else. I was a nervous patient and I was kept very comfortable. No complications! Easy to understand post surgery instructions, and no pressure was made regarding my surgery. I got the results I wanted!
