Dr.Mesbahi was an excellent surgeon and I am so glad I was able to work with him. I searched for surgeons from New York to LA, but felt he was the best option by far. He carefully listened to my questions and concerns and provided a great natural looking result. My rhinoplasty was virtually painless with minor discomfort, quick recovery time and minimal bruising.

I am a breast cancer survivor. Dr. Mesbahi Performed my surgery for the lumpectomy to make sure I did not have a giant dent in my breast. I had very large breasts to begin with so they had to downsize my left side to match my right side (cancer side). And then shortly after I had all this work done I had to move because of my husband’s work. Now we are outside of Chicago and all of my doctors...(because I have to keep going because of the cancer) always argue with me that I actually had cancer on my left side as opposed to my right side. The left side is way smaller than the right side... which really doesn’t make any sense because he had already performed the surgery on the right side and all he had to do was match the breast. I actually asked him to make the left side just a tad bit bigger then the right side so that if I got cancer on that side they wouldn’t have to take so much. But instead he made the left side way smaller a whole cup size minimum. The whole point of me going to that extra surgery was so that I could wear a brawl that fit me and now I have to wear a prosthetic in my bra, on the side that I didn’t even have cancer on. He has great manners very kind person. The office was amazing. But I do not have any confidence in his ability to match your breast to each other. It’s hard enough going through cancer. It’s hard enough taking your clothes off in front of a hundred people in a years time. But now every time I go to a doctor here they are convinced of that I’m crazy... and then when I give them the paperwork they’re like oh you’re right.... my plastic surgeon screwed up! I’m now in Chicago so I can’t go back to the office and say “how are you going to fix this?” So I would ask as many people and see as many pictures as you possibly can of before and after‘s. If he could take a picture of me right now if we were still living in Alexandria I would go there and let him take a picture of it to see that he has made the wrong size too small. And please don’t get me wrong. it’s not that they’re too small it’s just one side is a C cup and the other side is a D cup...They don’t make bras and shirts that fit two separate sizes like they don’t make bras and shirts that fit two separate sizes like that. I would love to post a picture for you but my husband will not allow it. As far as his bed side manner. He is great! never made me feel uncomfortable until now. He was always very good. And like I said his staff was amazing a well. I just feel like he was preoccupied or tired or wasn’t paying attention to the size of my right breast.

I am a patient of Dr. Mesbahi, and came to know his practice through my general surgeon, who performed my mastectomy in 2010. I carry the BRCA2 gene and underwent a complete mastectomy with immediate reconstruction in 2010. Over the last 9 years the implants lost shape and my skin looked droopy, I was very self conscious of my breasts, and thought they were hideous! I went and had a consult with Dr. Mesbahi and he explained that the implant being under my muscle was a main cause of my pain and issues, so he wanted to go in and put my muscle back down and replace my implants. I have to say...WOW!!! I was nervous going into this, naturally, but man I am so glad I went to him. The pain I was feeling, doing day to day things, is gone. They have their shape, fullness and softness back! It's incredible! I know I still have healing to do but I have to say I AM HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. Oh, and Dr. Mesbahi himself is great! He is kind and has great bedside manner. Very informative and his staff and nurses as well! I definitely recommend his services.

When they did the surgery afterwards they don’t care about patients and how everything goes I payed a huge amount of money and I asked for a scar cream for my nose scars because my nose stitches still showing after 2 years they asked for extra money. Even tho I don’t recommend nose job with this doctor. I went there to fix my nose it’s wors than before.
