Dr Merrill was awesome, yes it's difficult to see him because he is very sought after. The surgery went well. The results are awesome (so far) it was done last week. My daughter is happy and her breast reduction looks beautiful. The NP is great, the staff is wonderful. I will be seeking a consultation for myself soon.

Incredible Dr. However, the wait times are horrific, appointments are never on time and usually an hour late!!!

Do not see this doctor. Save your time and money. I waited for an hour past my appointment. It was clear he was running behind because I could hear his interactions in the surrounding rooms and he only spent about 2 minutes with each of them. Finally it was my turn. My complaint was a sudden painful bump on my nose. He looked at it from 3 feet away and said I must have been "mashing it" (I was not) before seeing him. He did not attempt to feel the bump or make any examination beyond putting on glasses from 3 feet away. He said since I was "mashing it," he could not make any diagnosis for 3 months. He said I should have called immediately when it was most sore. I explained that I did and that his secretary said I could not come in early. He told me to try again next time it happens again. I had some other general concerns to which he said "yup." He tried to rush me out and I tried to stay to get my questions answered. He seemed to get angry and leave. Horrible experience.

Dr. Merrell did my mommy makeover and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. At each appointment I felt like he took the time to answer all of my questions and he always provided quality care. I appreciate his thorough approach to surgery and recooperation, and feel like my results are better as a result of his surgical expertise.
