I am from the UK, I saw Mark's YouTube videos abut his own experience of hernia surgery. I wrote to him. I honestly didn't expect a response, but he responded almost immediately with a lot of useful information, nice guy.

Who ever knew there was such a thing as a "hand specialist?" I made a trip to my local urgent care for a swollen, infected thumb. Turns out there had been a bacterial infection which had formed at the nailbed. Without going into the gory and painful details, my referral was to Dr. Domanski as someone who could help determine the next steps for treatment and healing. I called for an appointment and was able to be quickly seen. Bluemont quickly emailed me the requisite paperwork to complete ahead of time, which I did. When I arrived for my appointment, papers in hand, I was greeted to a clean waiting room with friendly desk staff. Within only a few minutes I was led back to an exam room, and a few minutes after that I was seen by the doctor. Dr. Domanski is a very friendly guy. Very personable. Put me at ease very quickly -- which was a difficult feat considering I had been in a world of pain due to the injections and lacerations to my hand. He took photos of my unbandaged thumb, taking care not to cause me any more pain as he unwrapped everything. He gave (and showed) me very detailed instructions on how to care for my healing thumb -- even changing course midway when he saw how painful the initial option would be. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and told me what to do should I require immediate attention (he was about to go on vacation). I followed up with him this afternoon: Waiting time was less than five minutes. Still took the time and energy to make sure I felt comfortable and had all of my questions answered. Seeing the "before" photo on his iPad of my thumb to what it looks like now was a great plus to see what kind of progress I had made. I highly recommend Dr. Domanski as a skilled, personable specialist. I hope I don't have any need to see him again, but if I do I know I'll be in good hands. :)

I was so happy with Dr Domanskis professionalism and the procedure he performed. It was very successful and I couldn't be happier. I also LOVE that when I had a concern and I called the office, he actually got on the phone personally and spoke to me. That made me feel that he really cared about my situation. I would highly recommend. My procedure actually turned out better than what we were expecting. I had a brain tumor removed for the 3rd time that left my eye unable to close. Dr. Domanski agreed to see me for follow-up care after having surgery while on vacation in Florida. That in itself was very much appreciated given that he was not the original doctor. I was given an appointment quickly. My experience with Dr. Domanski and his staff was more than favorable. Professional, friendly, patient, and experienced. I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Domanski. After an unfortunate accident in November 2016, Dr. Domanski has been the epitome of what every doctor should strive to be. He is not only at the top of his game professionally, but has a great bedside manner that is very rare to find in the medical profession these days. His response times are also great. Anytime that I have had a question I always get a very rapid response. I owe a lot to Dr. Domanski because I would definitely not be in the place I am today if it weren’t for him. Dr Domanski is a great and very caring doctor. I had a severe allergic rash caused by ant bites, which turned into quite a nasty wound. I contacted Dr Domanski because it had started to get worse. He gave me his feedback and reassured that I would survive ). Also, he provided me with very detailed information on how to treat the wound and deal with the allergy. He followed up with me until I completely recovered and I am extremely thankful to him for the help.

I'm very impressed with the results! I'm 35 years old and I never had any cosmetic procedure before. Dr. Domanski was very nice and took the time to explain about Dysport inections side effects, procedure and answered all my questions. The whole injection time took only 10-15 minutes. I can't remember how many units he used, but I need it on three places. The pain was bearable and redness on my forehead went away within 5 hours. I applied cold compresses to help the redness. No bruises! After a week or so, I started seeing the effects! My sister who didn't know I had dysport injections said "You look different, your face looks healthy and rested". I was so happy to hear that! And...the best thing is that it has been now 9 months and my face still feels firm!!! So, I think that the Dysport injections lasts longer than 6 months! Dr. Domanski was very attentive and honest with his recommendations. I highly recommend Dr Domanki!

Thank You , So much for saving my life Dr.Mark Domanski I no If it wasn't for God given you gift of sight and talent , I would have such great experience or recovery. Thanks to Dr. Mark for keep me smiling and laughing with broken jaw with his great personality and humor. He made me feel that with faith and his gift of skills that anything possibly. I had broken Jaw with 4 facture about 5 months ago know as we speak Do to flu virus I caught and my second job as assistant teacher at day care . That I had over 2 weeks , But I still was during my last semester of college at N.P.T.I . I never new how serious flu virus was intel know , It was my third week of my last semester during school when ,I thought I was normal and fine, I was eating regular and feeling much better , But I was wrong . I had patriciate at school for hours so I still worked out with my fitness partner . I left up the over head bar with no weight hardly at all and then fainted and hit (over head press bar) straight forward which cause me broke my jaw the right snap off as left snap off but was worse because of it caving in more , which would be more risk for Doctor Mark to work on. But there a lot to say of what happened , more than I can write on here the main thing important is Dr. Mark Domanski has a great heart and character threw process . Not just me but so main others that he choose to work on or take chance with. He truly should be award 5 ***** To be so young in his profession and still do such remarkable work , People say all time that my face look just as it was , they could tell or believe what happened I owe that to Dr. Mark and his bright team for there hard work dedication to helping make changes in not just me but in so many across the country .
