My experience with Dr Baraki and his staff has been more than exceptional. I interviewed several surgeons before speaking with Dr. Baraki. He was the ONLY one who spoke honestly and concisely about what the results would be of my desired abdominoplasty. All others smiled and promised wonderful results without any effort from me. I respected his honesty and now in hindsight and even more grateful for it. My surgical experience and follow up were professional met with a wonderful humorous bedside manner from the doctor and his staff. They always sought to make me feel comfortable, safe and informed. He seeks perfection and expects it from you as well. Respect that honesty in any physician you choose. In today’s world of instant fixes, DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Horrible experience ever! They just did it so terribly that my skin was burned for every session and there are black marks every where and did it so fast within 5 min session was complete each time I went. They did not mention about any precautions before and after. Definitely not a good place and no ratings can be given.

This doctor absolutely puts making money far beyond providing quality service. In addition, his office manager (his wife) is quite dishonest. As soon as she sensed you are interested in a specific procedure she just kept jamming up the price. I got quote for the same filler three times, every time her price went up until I finally questioned why she gave me different price. Plus, the filler the doctor told me was a fine form to be used under neath eye. I believed him and accepted the filler injection from him. However, he has done an awful job to smoothing out the the area he put in injection that makes me looking even worse. after couple of months I could tolerate how do I look I went back to see him again, not only he try to photoshop the picture he took on me to convince me that i look good. he even refused to dissolve the filler when I asked to do so because that's going to cause him. In addition the filler he used under my eye was not the fine filler used specially for that area since that kind of filler was yet in clinical use. He totally lied Unfortunately I believed him. I will never go back to him for any thing and recommend him to anyone.

Very disappointed. I called to inquire, I told the lady I had found a special on living social, and asked if I should purchase it ...the lady told me no I could just pay for it when I got to the appointment. I also indicated that I was visiting my sister who has two children under the age of 2 and I didn't want to inconvience her in any way ... she said it's very quick. I made the appointment. 3 hours later on the way to the appointment I received a call was told the lady I spoke to was new she tried to squeeze me inbetween appointments and if I went at the scheduled time I'd be waiting around. I told her I was already on my way, I was with my sister who has 2 children under the age and is breast feeding, and this was exactly what I had feared. they couldn't get me in until 4:30. I was disappointed but my sister insisted it was a good deal just do it. Well when I got there not only did they not honor the living social price the lady made me feel like it was my fault. So long story had to pay an extra $50! Then when I got in with the doctor I asked him to put the Botox in certain areas and he basically said no I would need a lot more to do those areas. I have had Botox 5+ times and the same amount it was never a problem to put it where I requested. Then the doctor just put the entire amount in one area and completely disregarded my request. I have never written a review but this was just too much not to note.

Meeting Dr.Baraki, has been a great experience! This prestigious Plastic Surgeon in the Ashburn, Leesburg, Lansdowne Va. area shows so much knowledge every step of the way, I have to confess that I walked in to his office a little nervous which is nothing but an obvious reaction from a patient seeking to look amazing and a very natural way which is Dr's Baraki signature! Well, I left his office filled with confidence and with smile in my face. Along the way and after my procedure, he immediately returned my phone call to a question I must have forgotten to ask, he also made sure I understood his instructions and checked again if I was doing better later on that night.That right there, speaks volume and caring, I would definitely recommend to my friends and family to his hands. Super person, kind and a great sense of humor! You can tell that Dr.Baraki chooses his professional staff carefully, since their are incredibly sweet, patience and very passionate when performing their assignments. Thank you Dr.Baraki. They say whatever it takes to make the sale and don't take the time to correctly explain the negative possibilities of getting a procedure done there. I was promised there would be NO DOWN TIME. I had a procedure done and had to stay home from work for FIVE DAYS I looked so horrible. It was only when I went back to ask what the heck was happening to me hat they explained that there was a very small chance of this type of reaction. What the hell? Had I known there was a possibility of having to miss 5 days of work I would have never agreed to the procedure in the first place. Not only did they not make any offer to rectify the situation, the office manager was rather rude to me as well. If you value up front honesty and don't want people to lie to you and put you at risk to simply make a sale, take your business elsewhere. This place doesn't care about what they did to me and how much they cost me by neglecting to inform me of ALL POSSIBILITIES like LEGALLY REQUIRED TO!

I am very disappointed for the money I wasted on believing and trusting Dr. Baraki. After paying $2000 for Sculpsure on my stomach, which we both didn't see any RESULTS , he recommended to do smartlipo. I end up paying additional $5000. I do work out and wanted to remove some stubborn fat on my stomach. I am very disappointed at his work, my stomach hasn't change that much, since he didn't perform the proper lipo. When I asked him why i don't see any improvement, he said is my skin!!! I end up seeing another Plastic Surgeon which he disproved his work. I recommend you all to do your research before going to see him for his Lipo/Sculpsure. You wasting your money and ending up with some dark black holes.
