This is a great place! The staff and the facility provide a very professional atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. I highly recommend Heidi Lavan for men's facials. She is extremely knowledgeable and always goes the extra step to make sure you are treated as much more than just a customer. Her recommendations on products and ways to keep my skin healthy has been invaluable. I would definitely recommend Heidi and Spa Phoenix to anyone I can.

I was looking for some information on a procedure for a family member and a friend introduced me to Dr. Galumbeck. Dr. Galumbeck's knowledge of current cosmetic surgery techniques is impressive and his concern for patients is clearly evident. The staff at the office, including Dr. Galumbeck, were extremely kind and generous with their time and knowledge. I was impressed with the facility, the surgical rooms are extremely clean and equipped with hospital quality level equipment. I would absolutely choose them for any future plastic surgery needs should we decide to move forward.

The nursing staff and Dr. Galumbeck is wonderful. They always answered my questions and any concerns that I had. The only issue I had was with the anesthesiologist who I felt had no bedside manner what so ever. However, I would recommend Dr. Galumbeck to any of my friends and family and I love my results!

Don't waste your money unless you have a lot to spend, I rarely have botox done because I can't afford to do it all the time, so I went in last week to get botox in my forehead, one of the reasons being that they had a special going where botox was $12 a unit. It was a complete waste of money, not only can I still see the lines in my forehead, I got the added bonus of angry eyebrows, a lump above my left eyelid and I can move my forehead which is a dead giveaway that not enough was used. It feels like I just got ripped off, so disappointing. I called about it and was going to go back in this Fri. but no I'm not going to go in there ever again. I only gave it one star because I had to for it to be posted or else there wouldn't be any at all.

I recently tried Restylane for the first time. After getting Botox a month ago and being quite pleased with the results, I needed a filler. Again, it was 4 small pinches in the lines on both sides of my mouth. Parenthesis, some call it. Dr. Galumbeck knew where to inject so I feel totally safe. My skin is no longer sagging around my mouth. I am saving for another round- this time to remove the lines around my lips. I would only trust Dr. Galumbeck to do this.

I was born with a cleft lip which has caused my lips to be uneven and lacking in fullness. Though I had corrective surgeries as a child, I still wasn't getting the results I wanted. Then I met Dr. Galumbeck! After discussing with him what bothered me the most and the look I wanted to achieve, he recommended Restylane injections. I had never had injectables before but I am so glad I did! Now they are so even and so plump and you can really never tell I had any cleft! It gave me a new found confidence over what was my biggest insecurity. I feel that somebody who can pull that off for me must have a special eye for detail and knows what they're doing! I was amazed that Dr. Galumbeck was able to achieve the results I had been searching for but could never find! Dr. Galumbeck truly cares about getting the best results possible for each patient and their individual needs. I appreciate the care and attention so so much! I can't wait to go back for more! :)

Awesome staff Jessica & Tess where so wonderful just wish his work was as awesome as his staff. My scares under breast are WIDE & nipples are not cicle. He told me that he stitches inside for less scares & less heeling time. At my follow up I expressed my concerns, he said you can get a tattoo to fix it. Yes everyone heels different but the Doctor has to do his part with stitching you back up thin NOT WIDE FOR scares to fade over time.

I underwent a breast augmentation performed by Dr. Galumbeck on April 25, 2016. A week later, I couldn't be happier with my results. I came into the office with a pretty set mind on what I didn't want and did want. I explained everything to Dr. Galumbeck at my consultation and we went further into detail during my pre-op appointment. The staff were all extremely friendly and my results are AMAZING at only one week post-op. Dr. Galumbeck definitely takes into consideration what his patients want and fully explained everything to me. During my actual operative appointment the nurse and anesthesiologist were very thorough in explaining how the procedure would go and took great care of me after. My recover has been so fast and by breasts look spectacular. Dr. Galumbeck even had a beautiful flower bouquet sent to my house the day after surgery which happened to be my birthday. The whole experience was pleasant and so professional. I will definitely be recommending Dr. Galumbeck to future friends and family looking for cosmetic plastic surgery. So thrilled!

This place destroyed my body. I had laser lipo done and when I healed it was very lumpy and uneven. Don't waste your money. When you go for your follow up you don't see the doctor you see his medical assistants or nurses, idk what they are. Im stuck asking them is my body supposed to heal like a bowl of lumpy oatmeal n they dont have a clue. Idk why the follow up isnt with the doctor smh. My body looked better before surgery.

This doctor is a crook. All he is interested in is money. No ethics or integrity. I put down a $500.00 deposit for a procedure, my situation changed and he refused to give a refund or even a partial refund. I asked the patient coordinator to have the doctor call me. Her response was I will give him the message but he wouldn't call you. Stay away from this greedy doctor there are other very good doctors in the Hampton Roads area. I

I had a lift and breast implants done 10 years and 2 months ago. My biggest fear happened several weeks ago when I suffered a rupture. I was terrified for many reasons. I went to this practice because I was desperate to have my acne scars removed I explained to the doctor how insecure I was about my and the type results I was looking for. Dr. Gulemback assured me he could get me the results I was looking for he recommended I get a deep phenol peel I paid this $5,000 dollars to fix my face and my results were the complete opposite of what he told they would be I was out of work And school for almost a month to deal with the recovery this man removed the whole top layer of skin off of my face left me with white splotches on my face a bump on my eye. I went my post op follow up appointments I expressed to the doctor I was not happy with my results especially paying him all this money to come out looking worse. He totally disregarded my complaints and told me my face looked better when it really didn’t he did not offer me another solution he did not offer me my money knowing I was totally mortified of my results. I went another plastic to see if could help fix the mess Dr. Gulemback made of my face and the new plastic surgeon said this procedure should of never been done on my face in fact he said that it was such a old procedure he didn’t know doctors still did it. This man ruined my face and did not so much as care. This doctor should’ve told me the truth knowing that my situation was too complicated for him to fix And sent me on my way instead of just stealing my money. Do not go to this man for any skin issues he does not know what he’s doing and he will not give your money back or offer another solution he’ll just tell you you look fine and move on to his next patient. Now I have to spend more money to fix what I wanted to fix and fix what he messed up in the process of doing my surgery.

Dr. Galumbeck did a great job with my breast augmentation, I am very happy with my results, I feel like a new person. He spent plenty of time with me and my husband explaining us about the different implants that he offer and sizes, so we decided to go for the new implants approved for the FDA called: "Ideal Implants", he is the only one in hampton roads that offer Ideal implants. Every one in the operating room was very kind and professional, he have a very good equipped operating room, that was one of the reason that help with our desition to choose Dr. Galumbeck. The day of the surgery I called him after hours and he return my call in less than 5 minutes, just to answer my question. I highly recommend Dr. Galumbeck he is the best!

The whole team was wonderful. They answered all my questions and made me feel totally at ease. Dr. Galumbeck is great. I literally just had my surgery 3 days ago and Im already up and moving around after a tummy tuck and full body lipo. The last time I had lipo (from a different Dr. at a different office) I wasn’t able to move around as quickly. It was a very nad experience. But this is a refreshingly and surprisingly different experience. So far I’m already loving the results and its only been 3 days!!! I can only imagine how happy I will be after I’m all healed up. They even sent me flowers that were on my porch waiting for me when I came home. I WILL be recommending them to friends and family. And any other procedures I have in the future will be with the wonderful wizard of them all - Dr. Galumbeck
