For me, this office is far but well worth the trip. I had a in-office balloon sinuplasty for recurrent sinusitis. I found Dr Egan to have great bedside manner. I was really nervous going in and he made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. Since I had this done over 18 months ago, I haven't had a single sinus infection. I highly recommend Dr Egan to anyone who needs a reliable and professional ENT.

Great experience! I'm forever grateful for the care and medical treatment I received from Dr. O'Halloran and the office team. I highly recommend this office!

Great Doctors, great customer service

Dr. O'Halloran is by far the best Doctor to have operated on me. My four hour case was expected to be extremely challenging and beyond the scope for the majority of ENT's. Dr. O proved to be a meticulous and patient surgeon. His methodical approach and realistic attitude helped me tremendously. I'm now breathing better than I had been for decades and didn't have any post operative complications! His practice is in a new medical building with easy access to I-495 and has plenty of covered parking next to the elevator. Plus I've never had to wait more than five minutes! Amazing, and most grateful.

Updated review. I had a great discussion with Dr. Egan and he was able to rectify a scheduling mistake. He truly is a thorough and personable doctor. I would recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT.

I consulted with Dr. Egan for Septoplasty due to a deviated septum that was blocking my left nostril completely. He was very considerate of my concerns and paid a lot of time and attention during several consultations. He reviewed my CT scans in detail with me going over specifics of my individual case and how the surgery was going to be addressing it. He treated me with respect and was very open to questions. I didn't feel like I was just another patient. I had some reservations about side effects that Dr. Egan didn't simply dismiss. His office is in a very accessible location with easy parking. The office staff is very professional. I had some issues with the billing dept. and they were very courteous and I was able to get them to make concessions to their policies even though they didn't have to. I would highly recommend this practice.

Both my son and I had surgery under Dr. Sarah Blank (ear tubes and adenoid removal) and we both had great results! I can breathe and he hasn't had an ear infection since! I highly recommend her and have heard nothing but good things about this place.

Linda Siegel

Very nice staff and doctors. Would highly recommend.

To be brief, the Admin/Office staff here are extremely unprofessional and rude. Delay in service? No apology/Follow-up. Doctor behind? Follow-up with another, then rushed out the door. Simple assistance with calling in medication? Quote "We don't do that here". I could go on about this place/staff, but it's simple not worth it. You can personally thank the admin handling customers on their way out for the loss in business, as well as the negative review. To note- Dr. O'Halloran seemed extremely knowledgeable and I would've liked him to do my surgery. Though, after a customer service experience such as this, I had to look elsewhere.

Was referred by my allergist and internal medicine physician to see what else can be done for my chronic rhinitis. Office very organized/efficient/professional and Dr O'Halloran was on time and assessed the situation and gave me a referral for CT and told me to have a mole checked out, which I was later that same day. This office is just a hop skip and jump from my home.

Scheduling a doctor's appointment without health insurance can be a scary experience, and unfortunately this office does not break the mold. When I called in to get cash pricing for an ear cleaning I was told that the range of pricing for my visit would be $75-175. $75 for an office visit and $75 for an ear cleaning. Dr. Blank spent no more than 5 minutes with me, looked in my ears and nose and said I had no wax and everything looked perfect. She recommended I get a hearing test, (of course only her office audiologists would be "more accurate and comprehensive" than the affordable guys.) When I left to pay my bill it had jumped back up to the maximum possible bill, $175 for a 5 minute meet and greet. I was appalled, to say the least. The representatives in the office had no interest in giving me the $75 price for the office visit because the doctor had "taken some notes" and directed her employees to charge me full price for the visit. I have a sneaking suspicion they were let down by the fact that my ears didn't need any wax cleared out and wanted to bilk as much cash as they could from my wallet. I would recommend people to stay away from shady, opaque doctors like these guys. If you're a doctor you're meant to serve people, not squeeze them for maximum profit when they walk in your door for the first time. The shiny glass facade for this medical office does not make up for the hollow money-grubbers inside. I won't be coming back. Edit: In response to the Fairfax ENT's reponse: I find it comical and sad that me POLITELY asking you to honor the price you told me is "extortion." The definition of extortion is -+ obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats. Me getting a fair price for the office visit is not OBTAINING money. What you did was try to unjustifiably obtain money from ME with legal threats. That, is the definition of extortion. I'm just a powerless patient, you're the one with the power. And it's clear this is exactly how you run your business. I'm glad people are seeing you for who you really are.

Dr. is OK but front office is terrible. Schedule for a Dr. visit followed by a hearing test at 10:30. Arrived 10:15. Called in at 10:30 but for the hearing test. Technician checked and, yes, I was to see Dr. first and led me back to waiting room. At 11:30 I checked with the front desk again, and was told the Dr. was running late. Really an hour late for a 10:30 appt.? Told there was one patient still ahead of me and did I want to reschedule? What BS.

After living miserably for years with congestion and seeing a different ENT and Pulmonologist, Dr Egan knew exactly what was wrong with me. He even checked up my nose (heads up: it is slightly uncomfortable)...something the other ENT (at a different location) did not even do. Dr Egan explained what needed to be done, scheduled for surgery and now I'm recovering. I wish I would have known about him sooner.

40 minutes after my scheduled appointment, the doctor showed up. A 10 minute exam confirmed a deviated septum. He is did a cat scan to see if there were any other issues. A quick 10 minute cat scan. Then it took 30 minutes for the doctor to come back and read the results. Bottom line, over an hour and a half (not including new patient paperwork) for a routine appointment.

I was very disappointed from front desk and over charging me. Doctor there didn't care about helping me get well. If you don't insurance. They don't care if you suffer or die. Doctors are their to helps us to cure our illness and help us get well. (For them it's all about money and NOT GETTING YOU BETTER and CURE ILLNESSE YOU HAVE. I WAS VERY SAD AND VERY DISAPPOINTED BY DOCTOR'S AND FRONT DESK DO THEIR JOB IN VERY SHADY WAYS.)

I felt the need to post my review in regards to timothy egan ent, I went to his office a couple months ago and was very disappointed with the visit, as I have read a lot of reviews about him. I went in for a problem with my ears, and all he did was listen to my symptoms and told me "you got to live with it, I cant tell you anything else" as I was breaking down in tears. Did not even look at me or did any exams, and sent me a bill of 200$. Do not recommend and I got help at another specialist office who did fix my problems.

1st time here. From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed and instructed to fill out paperwork . I was seen about 7 mins after my appt. Dr Egan was very polite and clear during the instruction. And explained it to me so I could understand.

Absolutely amazing. I love him. After going to many dermatologist about what I was told w as a rare skin condition, i had given up. I went to Dr ohalloren for growths in my ear causes by my "rare" condition. He looked atf my skin and diagnosed me without me telling him what it was. He assured me it was NOTHING to be worried about. I felt confident in booking him to do my surgery because he was so knowledgeable . He did the surgery under local anesthesia and was diligent .He got the job done and my ear looks normal.

I saw Dr. O'Halloran for nasal surgery since I had mild sleep apnea. Dr. O' Halloran was friendly and spent time with me explaining the surgery. Before I was brought back into the surgery room, Dr. O'Halloran came to visit with me and answer any last minute questions that I had. The surgery went well and cured my sleep apnea. The same night of the surgery Dr. O'Halloran called to check up on me. The surgery was performed at the Fairfax Surgical center. The center was nice and the staff was great. That is a plus to having Dr O' Halloran as your surgeon. Dr. O'Halloran spends a lot of time with his patients; therefore there is always a wait to see him. If you bring a good book with you the wait is not so bad. I would recommend Dr. O'Halloran to my friends and family.

Dr. Egan was very thorough in his examination of me and his treatment of my problem in my sinuses. I had other issues following the surgery I had to remove my blockage, and he prescribed a sinus rinse that has helped me twice a day. He is also extremely personable and very intelligent, as well as a joy to talk with about sports! I truly love and enjoy having good people in my life like him.

Update: One day after posting this the Fairfax ENT office manager contacted me. We went over what happened and she agreed to refund all but the $75 dollar charge for the ear cleaning. Fairfax ENT has some work to do to make sure their insurance practices work better, but at least they made things right after the fact. Deceptive at every turn. My 86 year old mother needed her ears cleaned and her pcp suggested she would be more comfortable getting it done at an ent facility and suggested Fairfax ENT. I called them and asked if they took my mom's insurance. They said they did. When we arrived for the appointment all of a sudden they DONT take my mom's insurance. I ask them for the cash price to clean my mom's ears and they told my $75. They took my mom back and when they returned they charged her over $300 to clean her ears, quickly pick out a foreign body, and a "consult" which we never asked for. Highway robbery.

Dr's did not want to take time to listen to my symptoms. Basically tried to tell me nothing was wrong. Had alot of impacted earwax Drs did not want take time to get it out and told me my ears were clear. Went to another practice to get it taken care of. Dr at this practice very uncompassionate to me when I expressed my pain and the fact that Dr had not helped me so I left. Days later received certified letter from practice stating they would not see me. I felt punished for being educated pt and actually expecting treatment. Would not recommend to family or friends.

Dr O'Halloran makes me feel I am his only patient. He has gotten me through 2 bouts of GERD, the last being particularly nasty, requiring extended treatment, including surgery to remove polyps from my throat. I remember coming out of anesthesia seeing him smile at me as he walked past, giving me a thumbs up! He's the best!

Found this place, as it was close to my job at the time. I went here for a follow up to a surgery I had previously at the hospital. Doctor saw me and gave me a shot, which only gave temporary relief and told me just pay for the visit fee. Few months past by and I get a call stating I’m 90 days overdue for a bill which I never received, that doesn’t make any sense. Yet, they sure didn’t hesitate to send me advertisements in the mail. The bill should’ve just been waived as I never received a bill at all, especially when the doctor told me to just pay for the visit. Very misleading and sneaky business here, don’t think I’ll be coming back here, doesn’t seem like anyone is on the same page.
